Some problems:
1. Q4卖的太好了，剩的房子量其实还可以，但太集中在济南，大概占总面积的62%. 而
且其他城市的房子剩下的房子多半要促销卖出。
2. 国内几个城市包括北京的新房，presale要在Q3 2013,还半年多呢。
3. Q1 2013和2013全年forecast很一般甚至说light.
4. 报表没提nyc的房子，有些weird,等着看cc transcript吧
当然这些问题不影响xin insanely的便宜。 |

增长，按照美元算因为人民币升值原因是24%同比增长。我马前炮自己预计是22%-25%,
个别id可以给我作证，呵呵。我没有自己的功课才不会"赌"er的.
anyway, big beat. 而且ntes从来不给guidance,所以不用担心这个。今天分析师一定
会追问手游，丁磊一向保守，希望他稍微大嘴巴些，股价受些刺激，呵呵.
另外希望大盘起码稳定，大盘如果严重回调，ntes也不可能幸免的，最多跌少些. |

应该再给ntes 起码15%的增值，况且ntes每年还有大概2%的regular股息(虽然有点抠门
). 另外要看今天丁磊怎么说了，特别是手游。 |

estimate,而且你想要的利好全部都有，关键还有网易10几年建立的reputation,毕竟不
是小中钙，盘后这个样子，的确有些惊讶。

so many theories about proper tire pressure. One said the right pressure
should be 85% - 90% of the maximum allowed number printed on the side wall
of the tires. Another one, the one I just quoted, recommended using (the
maximum inflation pressure - 4 psi) as the starting point for better fuel
efficiency.
