China the the best and everything about US is hell.
But I will use this posting as a teachable moment.
In terms of productivity US is head and shoulders above the rest, and
advaces at faster pace than before. Europe is falling behind. Taiwan and S
Korea is catching up in relative but not absolute term. China is not
included in the survey, which is conducted by US Department of Labor.

The BLS Glossary defines full-time workers as "Persons who work 35 hours or
more per week".
For monthly reporting, the BLS defines part-time as "those who worked 1 to
34 hours during the survey reference week". With that wording, I am not

Today's job report (for June) once again showed a huge divergence between
the household survey and the establishment survey.
Household survey employment fell by 56,000 while the establishment survey
shows a gain of 233,000 jobs. The labor force declined by 432,000 and that

地方，确实有很多优秀的学生，因为这个种族配额，而没能进到哈佛。我前面说的仅仅
针对BLS而言。再一次，我是反对种族配额的。但在BLS我见到的更多是“中国式”的公
平。基本上每年没有被H录取的，也确实不够格。记得2015年H的EA录取19个，亚裔有12
个（也许13个），中国人有8个。亚裔在BLS的比例是25-29%左右。

所以BLS的学生可能大部分还是来自烂学区（小学）。但是BLS上名校的比率在MA所有公
立里面是最高的。这是不是说明小学学区不是那么重要呢？
攒钱上私立是超出俺的能力了，攒钱去好学区都有些累啊。所以正在考虑去west
roxbury 这样的town，小学烂，房价没那么高。能不能考上bls就看小子的造化了。 |

2012年5月24日，美国国务院发表《2011年国别人权报告》，再次对世界近200个国
家和地区的人权状况品头论足，对中国人权事业歪曲指责，而对其自身糟糕的人权状况
却熟视无睹、只字未提。为了让世界人民了解美国真实的人权状况，敦促美国反思其所
作所为，特发表《2011年美国的人权纪录》。
一、关于生命、财产和人身安全
美国拥有强大的人力、财力和物力资源可以对暴力犯罪进行有效的控制，但是美国
社会却长期充斥暴力犯罪，公民的生命、财产和人身安全得不到应有的保障。
美国司法部2011年9月15日公布的报告显示，2010年，美国12岁及以上居民共经历
了380万起暴力犯罪，140万起严重暴力犯罪，1480万起财产犯罪和13.8万起个人盗窃犯
罪。犯罪率为每千人15起。(注1)美国多座城市和地区犯罪率激增。南部地区平均每10

具体的事例可以参考美国巴西关于棉花价格的协定.
关于压地物价, 我们又要感谢美国政府了, 由BLS定期公布CPI. 没有数据显示压低物价
呀.

美国公布了详细的CPI分类指标权重, 八个大类下共有300多项商品及服务类别.
