2011年4月8日，美国国务院发表《2010年国别人权报告》，再次对包括中国在内的
世界190多个国家和地区的人权状况进行歪曲指责，却对自身糟糕的人权状况熟视无睹
，很少提及。为了敦促美国正视自身的人权问题，我们特发表《2010年美国的人权纪录
》。
一、关于生命、财产和人身安全
美国是世界上暴力犯罪最严重的国家，公民的生命、财产和人身安全得不到应有的
保障。
美国每年约有1/5的人成为各种犯罪行为的受害者，这一比例居全世界之首。(注1)
美国司法部司法统计局2010年10月13日的报告显示，美国12岁以上公民2009年共经历
430万起暴力犯罪、1560万起财产犯罪和13.3万起个人盗窃犯罪，犯罪率为每千人17.1

quarter of 2009 per BEA Statistics.
Employment has not been so blessed, as BLS figures show.

Labor Statistics.
In June, 5,785,000 women 16 years and older were not working, according to
BLS figures released on Friday. That is up by 780,000, or 15.5 percent, from

consumption部分。

毫无疑问现在tech界是cs的天下。许多ee的学生也都转cs方向。但是我不太敢贸然行动
。一则因为现在太多人这么做，supply陡增。很难说这个行业会怎么样。二则，我最近
仔细的了解了一下2001年.COM 泡沫破裂的时候，cs和硅谷的惨况。现在cs的繁荣，也
很难说没有泡沫的存在。
我最近有点像向石油方向发展。从美国劳工数据部的统计来看，油工的收入和工作机会
似乎都在cs之上。但从板上听说的情况来看，油工似乎也不是什么好的出路。耳闻的收
入和工作机会似乎与统计数据差距很大。据说工作也不是很好找，收入也不是很高。
希望大家给点建议。让我脑洞大开一下

3. Dentist 中位收入不过14万多一年，还要买malpractice insurance，交很多税，
剩下的一个月有一万不到，还要还债。尼玛，就这样，24－28万美元的student loan
两年就还完了？ 做梦把你！！

ADP是来自automatic data processing的数据。样本是那些用他家data processing
system的公司。
nonfarm payroll是bls另外抽样问卷调查公司的结果。
就算是把BLS private jobs那部分拿出来大多数时候也是跟ADP的数据差挺多的。 |
