点击上面的那个question mark后出了一个小窗口显示：
BLUEPRINT PAYMENT
This is your BLUEPRINT payment from your last statement, which includes your
minimum payment due. This is the amount you should pay to stay on track
with your BLUEPRINT plans.
可是我还是不明白这个是什么，是我pay了$10还是说我的blueprint的账单的minimum
payment是$10?
请大侠指点一下，谢谢！ |

Chase Freedom的卡有个blueprint功能，不记得是自己申请的还是自动有的。这个功能
只能够自动付款blueprint类别的消费，也就是说即使选择了pay in full，也可能小于
statement balance.被收了许多次的利息了，惨! 刚打了电话取消blueprint功能要14
天，之后才能真正的pay in full。
能找他们要回利息么？ |

，我见过这样一个房子。那个builder还好了，网上放的floor plan就在大的空间标了
尺寸，但是只能说这个builder太过分了也不知道这个原买家有没有注意到，具体尺寸
就不说了，我就看到一个房间，不需要我动手测量都能发现比例完全不对。 |

刚定下来一套房，还没开始建。但我打在装drywall以前，请inspector看一下。如果
有个blueprint比较好有依据。
发信问过builder，不是很想给，她说：As for inspections during construction
-- you real estate agent will need to be in attendance. It needs to be
understood, the builder is building the home subject to inspections by the
township of Canton building department and is not required to address any
issue bought up by your independent inspector.
如果inspection有问题，是要反映到市政厅，再由他们出面么？感觉好像上访。。。
请问有其他方法可以拿到蓝图么？ |

去年一年因为同一个问题几乎每个月都得给csr打电话骂娘
最初网页上根本没有bluepirnt-full pay的选项
后来要求取消blueprint又要求手工填一份他们寄来的表格
结果表格寄了两次我一次都没收到
我最后怒了直接骂了manager半小时 电话那头他在骂声中不知道怎么就给我fix了 |

1.不要完全相信builder salesman讲的话，Builder和你签的合同上，是非常保护
Builder自己的。 合同上讲builder不对salesman讲的话付责任，一切以合同文字为据
。 如salesman承诺什么，让他写在合同上。一客人跟一大Builder （不点名了）买房
，看一样品房还满喜欢的，但要改一些。Salesman说他们有另一model房符合客人的要
求，另的都一样。 结果living room少一排窗。 Builder说他们不付责任，如客人
退房，就扣定金。 很有店大欺客之势。
2.不要相信builder的floor plan，合同上讲builder不对floor plan的尺寸付责任，一
切以blueprint为据。但builder一般不主动让你看房子的blueprint的，也不会让你拿
