期都见不到一个黑人。本来还考虑中等学区的，一查，有4%的黑人。离黑人区比较近，
将来有被黑人占领的趋势。好学区，要搬进来，都要查背景的，收入低的，住不进来。
我们这边有个区，原来很好，都是白人，apartment都是当地最高档的，有个mall，结
果黑人一点点地搬到apartment，apartment 的租金直线下降，变成便宜的地方，最后
白人只占一半的人口了。房价给彻底毁了。离那近的好学区，boarder的房价也下滑。 |

yes, just go across the boarder into Mexico. You can buy every drug without
prescription. you'd better read some clinical guidelines before you determine
which antibiotics to buy for your wife's sore throat.
In general, you need culture the bateria from her throat, and do sensitivity
test with different antibiotics to see which one works. If you use the wrong
drug, she would might develop antibiotics resistence and would never be
treated again for future bacteria.

and stayed around 90 for a week,with max of 95 and min of 85. I was at the
boarder line and I got the prescription pills. My doctor asked me to test
for another 3 days and if the numbers did not improve, I would take the
pills. My husband and I researched around and I did the following:
1. Eat lots of meat before going to bed
2. Exercise and make sure your glucose number is below 90 before going to
bed

我就有米国到canada的签证,很容易办的:
填一份表格,具体叫什末我忘了,但你可以查到,
将护照,I-20,2张2寸相片寄到canada在巴夫罗的
领馆,
主要是申请旅游签证,一般是$55管半年,
偶比较幸运,它给我签成了一年:)
有米国绿卡自然不用签证了.
canada很好玩的说
多伦多给我留下了很深很好的印象
尼亚加拉暴布就明显的是canada一边比米国一边好看

美国怎么去加我不知道, 不过从加到美是这样:
得签, 特殊visa, 叫: boarder crosser, 比较容易签, 去使馆排下队,
说个破理由(visiting XXX, 光凭嘴说), 就给个. 这个visa可以随便
出入几次, 好象是3或5年的期限.. |

the H4's expiration date should be the as the H1B's.
I don't know why the boarder officer asked that. The h4 need to be extended
ASAP 'coz that would not be considered as illegal residence if you've already
filed status change or extension.

防检查。他们负责检查你的护照和签证。
真正的海关customs是你拿了行李以后有两位老兄把着口子，专门收那张蓝色报关单的
地方。
海关只对你带了啥违禁物品感兴趣
过去美国查护照是immigration services, 海关是 customs, 不是一个部门。911以后
成立了 US customs and boarder protection, 但海关和边防仍然是不同的程序。 |

parents in such situation. Buy round trip ticket,and even consider upgrade

/B2 Visa, the officers at the Canadian Boarder always check the expiration
date on my VISA. There was twice that they wrote on the I-94 card my VISA
expiration date because it was less then 3 months before it expires. I think
it is a case by case situation.

亲戚打电话到加拿大邮政讯问，被告知所没收的香水既不能由收件人亲自去领取，也不
能退回美国，要就地销毁。看来是只好白扔了。寄东西的时候我是真不知道香水是违禁
物，否则也不会傻到在报表上注明是香水(不写反而也可能就不会被查了)。可是邮局的
人明明看见我寄的是香水，却不提醒一下，不是坑我吗。如果说他们没有责任干预顾客

Don't expect to get your visa within the same day. The good days are gone
due to the new PIMS system.
The VO will give the passport back to you and say they will call you in 4-5
days to come back for the visa.
No problem with crossing the boarder though.
But be prepared to wait for the visa stamp. For those who need to travel to
TJ, plan your trip plan carefully. |

约的下午1点， 整个过程就是一个字“等”。 我12点半到的梅陇镇广场直到5点半才出
来。 我没吃午饭， 等到我的时候新开了个窗口， 一个年轻的小伙子。我见签证官的
第一句话就是我快饿死了。他笑笑说他们每天要面试1000人左右。 WOW！
能记得的问题有：
在哪工作？
什么时候开始的？
接下来他盯着电脑开始敲，不说话了。 我就问他“something wrong?" 他问我是不是
2006年1月drop off school， 我说怎么可能， 那是我的最后一学期， 我是那年4月毕
业的。 他就说系统这么说的， 问我有没有成绩单或学位证等。我说没有， 谁知道要
看这些， blah, blah, blah。 他噼噼啪啪乱敲一阵， 还是给我签了。 还嘱咐我带上
一份成绩单，以免过boarder时候又被问起。离开窗口后我想起来公司律师准备的I129
里也许有成绩单， 一查果然有， 就又返回给他看了， 以示没有撒谎。

go back to China to apply for a new visa because he/she was denied at the
boarder; he/she may not be allowed to go to the US Consulate in Canada for
the visa interview. This is what my company's immigration attorney said; may
