发帖数: 2421 | 7 刚买了coop，之前做过很多research，也问过律师，如果最后board不approve的话，这
些钱都是拿的回来的，因为不是你的错。
现在有些board就很变态，据人的理由成千上万。
现在seller要你赔偿3000块，因为他们觉得你耽误了他们几个月时间，但是你也可以说
你自己也同时被耽误了几个月，board不approve，这个也是卖家想卖coop的风险。
我们以前看过一些比较贵的coop，对方agent在我们递offer的时候，就了解的很清楚，
我们的收入和（mortgage+maint)比例，首付，包括closing以后还留在bank的钱。然后
告诉我们这个情况处在边缘有点危险之类的，会建议我们多付downpay。
你这样的情况，说明对方agent也很不专业，不事先了解好。如果你的financial状况正
好在board approve的边缘的话，能提供closing以后银行里还有1-2年的mortagage+
maint fee也是很有帮助的。

因为我们也知道有些board确实很变态，找些不是理由的理由去reject。
seller根本就不能说是你的问题了，难道这个board还有规定不准离异人士单独申请？single人士申请的话，也会面临丢了工作就有问题，难道他们同样的也不信任single人士？一定要结了婚的才有保障？
这点你要据理力争，让seller自己去找board谈，最好的方法是你补充点材料，再
interview一遍，争取能通过，这样大家不损失。否则你也是受害者之一，付出那么多精力和心血，却什么都没得到。 |

以后给你钱。close的时候要seller 律师直接adjust给你. 你可以调一下价格再申请一
下.
当然有可能是其他原因。问题是你不知道他是不是因为这个原因.
board拒绝人正常情况下不会告诉你原因的. 除了个别傻叉board才会告诉你.
你的经济情况够强吗？board的要求一般比贷款银行高。
有绿卡吗？这也可能是一个因素。
或者说你是一大家子人住里面？
或者board就是不喜欢asian或者年轻人，你也没有办法 |

vandieman不适合，也不应该当版务，从很多人的反对和检举可以清楚看出来。
简单说，此ID是异常狂热的詹姆斯蜜，狂热到有类似强迫症表现：看到评论詹姆斯的负
面帖子，他就冲上去怼版友，骂版友，去PA，甚至拉上跟班不断攻击侮辱版友。正如他
自己说的：“老子头号詹蜜，和詹黑们势不两立”，彻头彻尾的版霸行为。
买买提的人气很重要，要人气旺必须有好的用户体验。如果版友发帖遭到的是强怼，漫
骂，PA，污蔑，其用户体验必然差，还会乐意来发帖吗？
作为老版友，亲眼目睹vandieman攻击／挑衅过非常非常多的ID。其中很多人都被他骂
跑了或不发言了，这是篮球版这一两年来人员流失的首要原因。
所以，board，为了买买提的人气，不仅不能让vandieman当版务，而且要治理他动不动
就挑衅攻击人的恶习顽症。 |

It is better to have a complete single board for all sports

恶劣的是，他们把数据库删除了！我自己只有一周前的备份。
到 invision board 的官方网站上看，原因很可能是通过一个提供RSS feed
的程序 ssi.php 进来的。invision board 已经提供更新版的 ssi.php。
好在我的 host 还是比较好，有 daily backup，还提供免费的 restoration。
很快恢复了昨天的备份，但今天发的帖子都丢失了。

。我现在还在等绿卡，估计还要个1-3年。但不知象我这种情况，是考board好还是申请
PA好，到这里来真心求建议。
我考board的主要concerns:
离开临床时间太长（97年离开，现已>12年），等考完board,不知还能不能match上？
我上PA的主要concerns:
1.到底要花多少时间在health care service?
2.是不是所有学校的PA program都要 GRE?
3.PA 的竞争到底有多激烈
最后，综合我的情况，我到底适合去考board还是上PA?

院医，现在美国有绿卡。很多人都劝我考board，说我有很大优势，有身份有临床经验
，但是唯一障碍就是我英文不行，考board对我来说难度很大。我查了很多PA资料，费
时费钱，最关键是你辛苦读2年出来和MD不是一个级别的。所以我还是选定考board了。
你离开临床时间的确久，不过好像也有被match的例子。所以我想高分+临床经验+PHD+
身份=match.
PA学费很贵，一年4万左右，学制2年左右，进入专业前还有一些必修课，一般要求2年
临床经验，每个学校颁发的学位不一样，如果是master要求GRE和TOEFL。PA竞争很大，
我知道有所学校录取率是十分之一，还是私立学校。
希望上面信息对你有帮助，根据自己实际情况选择吧。 |

member on this board for a while. I believe I have the stronest background to
for this position. I am a classically trained ballet dancer, and I am also a
competitive ballroom/latin dancer. i have been dancing for many years, and i
am current the ASU dancesport team coach. I have access to many information
and people, and I believe i will be able to make the dance board the biggest
sport board on this site.

投诉理由：
1. All discussions about THU students and teachers punished because of
their connection with FLG were deleted from THU board shortly after
they were postetd.
Those posts are about some people in THU and the topic is directly related
with THU. If such topic can not be discussed in THU board, then that board just
lost its purpose to serve all people from THU.

Yesterday, the Military board of this MItbbs.com 'suggest[ed]' me not to
repost any report from, or talk about, Voice of America. I refused. The
board deleted three postings of mine today. I threatened to sue each and
every one of them, including those at Mitbbs.com
