board了，但是The accounting board needs an official transcript to confirm
degree conferral and satisfactory completion of courses. 所以我研究生的成绩
要等到这个月底才能寄到accounting board，不知道是不是相隔的时间太长了，我之前

我只知道我那个在国外拿了PHD的朋友（没有MD学位）fellow第一年就sign了一千多个
case
board的要求是fellow期间大于150个signed case，拿着这本记录了case的log就有资格
参加board
certify的考试。当然，这个sign的case还需要你的supervisor再sign一下才能正式发
的。有
board了就可以独立sign了 |

豫不决。就象好多人说的，别人的经验帮不了我们，谁也不能替我们保证一定行或不行
。在这个版上的人们，大多是已经成功或下定决心走这条路的了，所以给你的建议肯定
是positive比较多，经常会拿一些成功的例子来激励你。但是，我们自己还是要有比较
清醒的认识的，一个不争的事实就是，老（毕业生），外（国毕业生），低（分），（
口语）差，无（身份）肯定是非常非常不利的因素，而且5年前能成功不代表现在也能
成功。那么我们要放弃吗？我的决定是不，就象有人说的，为了不给自己留下终生遗憾
，我决定尽力一搏。白天要上班，晚上要学习，肯定是很辛苦，但是从高考，考研，出
国，读博，博后，自己从来就没有轻松过，也就不在乎再辛苦两年了。但是，我们一定
要做好万一这条路不通怎么办的打算。我听说的好几个人有的match不上，有的甚至
match上了中途被踢出来。正因为如此，我不敢为了考board把科研完全放下，也有准备
如果不行去上个PA。当然副作用就是，我认识的有人为了考board，白天去实验室晃一
下就去了图书馆，人家早早就考了出 |

虽然难度越来越高，但是同时你的训练水平也是越来越高的，所以不能光说那个考试难
。对我们来说，都是一样地认真准备，没有必要，也没有意义争论哪个考试更难。

你可以考board,去重新读什么pharmD DDS学位都是不合理投资，靠board是回报率最高
的，说实话意你现在的处境，you have nothing to lose,也不用辞职，花的就是一两
年的看书时间和考试的钱。实在觉得不想这么花脑子，去读个PA，也行，至少和医学还
有关，但是其实活不少干，先期投资也不少。 |

到. 不过可以想想转行的事了. 我以前在国内学临床医学, 感觉对当医生这行始终热爱
不起来, 不过也说不上到底喜欢什么.当初申请来美读PHD纯粹是因为想出来晃晃, 稀里
糊涂地就到了今天. 身边很多朋友都考了board 当了医生，我也好像没有什么动力。现
在感觉不能再这么懒下去了，总要干点让自己开心并且能多赚些钱改善家庭生活质量的
事才好。生物圈子里的朋友当然是劝我考board ,我也想过， 但是一来不是很喜欢这个
职业， 二来这条路也不好走， 尤其是我医学院毕业已经超过十年，即使我能通过考试
也可能match的难度不小。另外一个想法就是自学转CS，要说仅有的一点优势就是LG是
大公司码工（当然， 他就一普通码工，不是高管），在自学路上他可以给我指点， 找
工作的话还可以有点connection。我对于CS完全没有基础，目前在自学python，感觉能
完成作业写点小script 还挺有成就感。同时还在学database的课，报了一门本地大学
的online的课程，打算学学看。
