这里给大家解释一下lendingclub(我最近比较烦,多码点字攒一下人品,你们有觉着我
写的好的送我几个包子吧)
Lendingclub 基本原理是一个人要借10000刀,36个月还清。可能有最多400个investor
借给他,毎个investor最少借出25刀(一个note), 这样相当于借款人向400个人借了钱
。每个月借款人要向investor还本付息。36个月后全部还清。这个是分期付款而不是CD
. CD是到期后一次性还本,这个每月还本加利息。
同样对于investor来说,如果你投资$10000,你不是把钱借给一个borrower,而且最多
借给400个borrower, 每个borrower每月分别给你还本付息。如果一个borrower
default, 你只损失了$25的一部分或全部,这就是把小投资者搞的跟银行一样分散风险
。每个月你从这400个borrower收回一些本金和利息,如果帐面超过$25, 你可以把$25
再贷给一个新的borrower.
Lending club对每个borrower规定了ABCDEFG7个等级的利率,从5.x%-25.x%不等,这个

The loan-to-value (LTV) ratio is a financial term used by commercial lenders
to express the ratio of a loan underwritten to a value of an asset
purchased.
The term is commonly used by banks and building societies to represent the

value of real property. For instance, if a borrower borrows $130,000 to

根本没兑现呀。 美国的一大帮页岩油,页岩气公司, 银行并没有大规模
减少credit line, 很多公司都维持住原来的信贷规模了。
这个跟原来预想的,信贷大规模缩减,一堆公司倒闭,很有差距呀!
倒的公司少了,那低油价就能再多坚持一段。
另外,美帝冲出来说,要拍卖原油储备,就是嫌自己油太多了。
这是对市场另外一层打击。只是plan到2017年开卖,但是,是不是真要卖,
鬼知道呀。 但是,不会加大储备看起来是可能性很大的。
普京在叙利亚也打上,但是,原油还是没上涨太多。
我觉得这次,美国人真是要下狠手了。
从美伊核谈判让步,放出伊朗的石油产能,到美帝银行继续支持页岩油气产业,
到拍卖自己的原油储备,感觉美帝这一把赌注一定下的很大。

WASHINGTON (AP) — The U.S. Treasury Department has raised by $22 billion
its estimate of what it needs to borrow in the third quarter to keep the
government operating.
Treasury said Monday that it expects to borrow $192 billion in the July-
September period, up from an estimate of $170 billion announced in April.

非常有可能。。。
印象中PF在去年9月份的时候未必能够当天就锁当天送进去的loan,他们有个GFE的
review的时间,review之后才会允许lock rate。
虽然印象中9/23的rate确实是不错的,但也可能broker没能锁上。loan 注册到PF之后
,PF会把initial的GFE和TIL发到borrower注册的邮箱,LZ可以回忆一下是不是9/23或
24日收到的邮件。borrower需要阅读并且按照邮件指示完成操作才能继续。另外,rate
lock之后,PF会email borrower更新GFE和TIL。通过这些邮件,LZ是可以了解refi的
进程的。
PF最长的refi rate lock是45天,估计一般都只锁30天。30天之内closing的loan还是
占绝大部分的。依LZ所说拖了快2个月才close,中间broker或许在profit上是有损失的
。不过,以去年的下半年的rate,15年3.25%的话,说会赔到连cost都cover不了,其实
是挺难让人相信的。
