点kaplan和UW。谈谈对这个题库的看法吧。
编写：FA团队
题目数：3160
设置：屏幕设置类似于UW
模式：tutor or mix， timed or untimed
习题难度：分easy，midium， hard
特点：
1.有2010年FA对应页面reference。
2.有bottomline概括本题的知识要点，类似UW的education。
3.有做题情况分析，可以看出自己掌握情况，如果薄弱的章节可以多看看。
我自己的体会：
1.适合读了一遍书以后，准备开始过FA的人。FA上的每一个字都是重要的，不可避免出
现几个字不容易领会，这个题库通过题目的练习，帮助make sense。
2.适合过FA，觉得枯燥，难于坚持的人。人和人不一样，有人克制力很强，即使很枯燥
的书也能读下去，有人则难于坚持，这个题库可以给不能坚持长时间读书的人。
3.这个题库FA对应，可以帮助快速找到FA的页面，好记笔记
4.这个题库每道题目的解释没有UW好，UW感觉就是一本教科书，循循善诱，这个题库主
要协助对应FA过F |

@ Beeper5分钟以内一定要回。如果是做procedure或者有别的情况肯定走不开，就提前
交待身边的人，如医学生和co intern帮忙。
@ 学习小tips。 intern很忙，肯定么有大段时间看书。所以每天回家以后，为自己管
的病人遇到的问题寻找答案。而且当天尽量搞定，否则累计下来，肯定不回再看了。
@ 口袋里放红宝书，听诊器，smartphone，小瓶水和零食(如energy bar，巧克力)。急
诊室带叩诊锤。

GC during ur residency, u still need to get waiver first and then apply for
GC
2. there are 2 ways to get waiver, either go back to china for 2yrs, or go

1. 分数很重要，250分数要比240拿很多（至少是前期）；
2. 如果分数已经确定，在等IV，可以打电话（口语好），发电子邮件骚扰争取IV;打电
话时，准备好自己的相关信息；
3. 一定要争取clinical experience, 如果不做，拿IV大受影响；
4. 如何拿externership，做好心理准备会碰很多壁，不灰心，创造机会；
5. 发挥中国人优点，尊重代教老师，training结束时，一定要感谢医生以及护士，搞
好关系；
6. Externership，大医院需要很多paperwork，私人诊所不需要；Externership要在推
荐信里体现出来，说明你有hand-on；
7. 做externership和OB时，不要给老师增加麻烦；做人最重要，让对方comfortable；
放低姿态，“I am Dr. X’s student”；
8. 在病人面前，要尊重老师，维护其威信；老师的问题，要认真对待，把答案找出来
，打印出来，找机会汇报；
9. 动手机会：如果医生没有你动手机会，不要在病人面前要求，私下里委婉地向医生

对我就像新的一样。对内科来说，无论Match上了也好，需要重装上阵也好，有了实际
工作经验，才更能感觉到这些经验，字字珠玑。
能够Match上，能够生存，或者做得更好，不仅仅需要Medical Knowledge，
还要有作者那样的学习能力，效率，总结能力和情商。

如果Match上了，可以思考对IM intern工作的要求，理解了吗，准备好了吗？
需要准备Match的同学，该如何提高，如何能够让PD们看到自己充分准备好了，有能力

是的，我quit了fellowship。生平第一次quit正在做得事情。在很多xdjm看来是不可思
议的。但对我来说是再自然不过的事情。
先说说我为什么要quit.主要是家庭原因。我和不满一岁的宝宝在离劳工很远的地方做
fellow.有姥姥或奶奶帮忙。各种累就不说了。能给宝宝的时间真的是少得可怜，周末
要有一半的时间要学习，看NCCN guideline,读paper,read about patients.因为不学
习就没有办法面对attending的苛刻责问，一个rotation下来evaluation可想而知。每
天看着宝宝可爱的笑脸，突然觉得很hate学习，恨考试。quit的念头也就有了。当然，
我不是一个感情用事的人，单单这种negative的情绪也不会给我足够的motivation.

样的，上的统计课除了书本都至少读 Efron/Tu/CJF Wu paper的，只是少个
做研究而已。远远比写个 sas 强。这些人稍微适应 business
一点的，其实就能不比 PhD 差，去管理层顺理成章。
当然，生统是比较差，基本不学理论，也就是写个 sas 的水平。
这两个差别太大，我觉得不能放在一起讨论。当然可能也有统计 master
其实是生统 master 这种要求的也挂羊头卖狗肉，这个还是看找的工作
区别吧。bottomline: 统计 master 除非自甘沉沦和生统同流合污，绝
对不是 sas 码工。补一点随机和编程至少去 quant 没问题。 |

nod，方向盘确实不需要太大，用throttle
用shock来调整under/over挺tricky的。我觉得bottomline是不能太软，软成stock
shock那样什么都ruin了，无从谈起。
我也没有abs，我觉得挺好，越原始反馈越明显，学得快。
那辆tc是不是turbo的，像miata这样的马力，内侧轮怎么也离不了地
片子要震撼，就得离得近，角度低，突出速度中的透视关系。当然越近越危险，哈哈 |

两种截然不同的答案，因为有两种用户，一种race，一种不race，对suspension的要求
差很多。举个例子，那种超低的hammered, 可以想象能多块过弯？胎都给划翘了。
可以理一下自己的思路，诚实的告诉自己到底是走racer，还是fast/furious那种。

expect another big day for my REE stock on tuesday.
NOTICE, according to JPM analyst, every 17cent jump in SPOT price increase
result $38million NAV jump in LYSCF or MCP.
SPOT price jump 35.5buck since late JUNE. this is crazy...
35.5/0.17=208.82 * 38million=$7.9billion :D
in theory, MCP should jump 97.5buck since end of JUNE, and LYSCF should jump
4.77buck..

MCP's cost is 2.7KG/TON, the cheapest in industry. THERE problem is not COST
, it is production. they over estimate this production forecast.
like forecast is 1000 to 1350TON in Q3, actual is 739TON...
once you miss your forecast by this much, your credit score drop from 720 to
0 in investment industry, this is why MCP so cheap as today.
bottomline, MCP will make at least 10 to 30buck per shares in 2013 to 2015.

44 guy raised big on flop with a set Q-4-x against my AA, i somehow "
convinced" myself he had AQ, KQ or KK alike (cause i just reloaded after a
bad one, and he might be pushing me) and moved all-in... hit my A on river,
pot was about $600.
a lot of times it's a two-side (yours and his) thinking process, you made
the right decision at that moment (flop) but with two cards coming, only a
royal is the worry-free nuts.

我认为不完全是扯淡，但是我自己的experience不要指望一个小孩子能有这么大的气场
。很多小时候发生的事情现在看来就是p事一桩，但是让一个十来岁的孩子理解这个，
they are just not emotionally mature enough.
所以，我的bottomline是，心灵强大我会去教，但是我不指望孩子能靠心灵强大抵御外
界的侵犯，所以现实地说，还是小叉教的防止bully大法管用。
