TA当然更加没有希望。TA的本质就是相信历史可以告诉未来。我相信证券市场是个接近
于天气系统的系统，本质是无序的。不可能你研究了以前100年的天气，就可以告诉我
未来10年的天气。有限input的开放系统都不可能有defined行为，不要说天气和证券市

high position, and the fully extended ladder is not a super heavy duty one.
it is scary but fine if it bounces a little up and down, it will turn into

this much. but when, sitting, bouncing is not good, most of bouncing is due
of lack of resistance. it's very normal to see some students are doing 150

bouncing有争议，说是flossing，也就是刮鱼的一种方法。我们钓sockeye salmon和

教训：第一次跑鱼轮子没有调好，第二次是线断了。还有两三次因为没有杀钩，挂底太
厉害，扯不动线的时候以为是挂底，结果是鱼，拽一下线就跑了。
目前只会spinner，似乎不适合河中上游钓了。打算学习bottom bouncing 了。
有几个问题：
1. bottom bouncing 和drift fishing 是一码事吗？我理解好像前者加重一点的铅，
在水底走。后者稍微加铅，在水里浮着走。
2. bottom bouncing 能用 braid line 吗？
3. 咬口什么感觉？杀钩要领是什么？

平地，不管是坐着还是站着，不管手是在哪个position。run/sprint的时候是需
要全身紧张的，用腹肌控制上身，保持上身平稳，要感觉到脚和踏板之间的紧密联系，
用大腿和屁股的力量使劲蹬。只有这样，你的cadence才快得起来，爬坡的时候腿也能
蹬得更快。
你是不是老是坐在后面自己闷头骑车？下次挪到前排去注意观察老师的动作，对比一下
镜子里的自己。除了不要bounce，还要注意沉肩 抬头 背挺直 core紧绷 position 3的
时候pg在座位正上方 etc.。 |

10 yards back from the tee. use 8 iron (my usual distance for 8 is about 150

我们这几个球场的沙子基本上就这样，没觉得有啥特别， 都是需要利用bounce,让球杆
面下面的bounce先入土， 让球飞多少距离决定了你在球后多远让bounce先接触沙子，
记得要smooth的用力，眼睛盯着球后面那让球杆头入土的位置，并且swing throuh. |

yes, i bought the 56 with the intention for using it as sand wedge, and the
pro shop guy gave me suggestion to use 10 as bounce for the very reason you
stated. but somehow i never feel comfortable with that club. i ended up with
my 60, bounce 4 most of time from bunker, which works very well for me, i
cant pin-point my bunker shot landing, but it would get me out of bunker.
And two of my buddies told me that i need use high bounce for bunker as well

要么是bike setup不对，建议找老师帮你调整（刚开始学的时候，我担心一个老师调不
好，所以找了3个老师分别帮我调，结果都是一样的setup才放心），告诉他你膝盖不好
，一般说来，你的handle bar需要比别人调高一些，减轻对膝盖的压力。正确的setup
下，你的腿总是保持略弯的状态。
要么是form不对，bounce太多。骑行有骑行的姿势，跟我们小时候随便骑骑是不一样的
。站起来骑的时候，PG应该后撅，悬在坐垫上方，而不是跟着上身挪到前面来，背挺直
略后弯，抬头沉肩，上身前压，腹肌用力，镜子里的你应该上身基本不动，不能跳上跳
下的，只看见hip左右摇摆。如果bounce太多，要么加阻力，要么调整姿势。因为正确的
bike setup下，你的腿总是保持略弯的状态，爬坡对膝盖的压力应该不大的。
spin课上经常看到驮背和bounce的同学，那些都是错误的。你观察观察教课的老师，都
是骑得非常平稳的，换position都非常smooth，从正面几乎看不出什么时候在爬坡，什

1. highly focus, be aware it's both a chance and a trap;
2. move to position as quickly as possible;
3. pay attention to height of bounce, if low bounce ball stay low;

5. focus on controlling direction than power;
6. 1st choice is BH corner, 2nd choice is FH corner, 3rd choice is down to
middle (also a good choice to reduce return angle);

Unless it bounces some high and pushes you to fence, it is actually a good
chance for you to counter drive, after you are used to the spin.
Too much topspin means less speed, and gives you more time to prepare.
Bounce high means you have more choices of contact height, frome heel to
shoulder :-) Just move a few small steps to adjust.
Try not to hit high because bounce high, rather than hit at the same power level
as you used to, normally net level (3-4 feet). If |

long you been know me. lol). I usually hit flat only when ball are at least
chest height when it land inside the service box.
One of my advantage for my forehand is hit hard on high bounce ball. I can
flat it out with mass top-spin due to racquet head was in close position.
The technique to flat out the high bounce ball is very simple, close your
racquet head accordingly based on your position and the ball bounce height. |

On the same surface, static friction is always larger. Only when
the object surpasses a threshold, does it start to slide and receive
sliding friction.
Hard courts obviously has the highest static friction. Also, rolling
friction is a different issue and IMO doesn't apply to the ball
bounce question.

拍摄时比指定光圈开大了1/3档，子灯关闭。这种外置SENSOR的闪光灯，BOUNCE时候曝
光基本都比较准。
闪光灯正面那个小闪光灯是一个附加的子灯，可以在主灯打BOUNCE的时候，给主体正面

发帖数: 323 | 45 什么叫做光硬？外闪可以bounce，内闪不行。bounce后光就软了，但是如果大家都不
bounce，都不用diffuser，大功率外闪肯定比内闪更硬。
另外就是内闪的sync比较慢，c家大多是1/250，N很多是1/200.大太阳下要补光就不行
了。
还有，位置比较低，容易造成红眼睛，如果是长焦镜有hood，会留阴影。 |

我不知道现在最新的录音软件有没有这个,不过我的方法是先把Stereo音轨变成两个独立
的Mono音轨,然后分别进行加工,最后在Bounce.现在的问题是Protool和Cubase都有所谓St
ereo->Mono这个功能选项,但Cakewalk没有.我有个笨着,让大家见笑了:先把该Stereo音轨
的Panning改成全左或全右,然后将此音轨Bounce到另一个Mono音轨上,再用此法把另一半
也Bounce过去,最后就成了两个Mono,结果是:你可以任意编辑Stereo的单声道. |

站在公元2011年3月最后一天和4月第一天相交的某个傍晚
喵因斯坦跟他儒妹在酒足饭饱之后就拖欠达三个月之久的新年resolution问题交换了意见
由于年代久远，会谈的具体内容已不可考
根据会议记录来看，双方基本上就每天摄入上的增支节收增动节食的双增双节方针达成
了一致
具体表现为儒妹我流下了打哈欠挤出来的鼻涕和眼泪(也可能是花粉闹的）
喵因斯坦则用高亢而婉转的嗓音吹响了减肥的号角
（一般被刷牙，被剪指甲，被洗澡之前他都会吹这号，倍儿熟）
经过一个来月如火如茶（荼蘼的荼？，还me too呢）的“运动”和“节食”
本新闻发言人沉痛的感觉到有必要对这一个月来的表现进行总结和肯定以资鼓励
首先说好的方面，客观的说喵因斯坦和俺在运动方面有量的增长
具体表现为他爹我一日三餐由传统的坐姿变站姿+蹲墙跟
（捧一海碗，大白汗衫子，胳肢窝那儿一边仨窟窿，看着忒organic)
以前吃饱了抹抹嘴，碗筷丢水槽里，直接上床挺尸
现在能自觉做到腆着肚子四处（客厅的四个角）溜达溜达
喵二傻子呢
在饭盆从地上挪到了桌子上的头三天里给丫造成了极大的困扰

的地方打，通过折射/漫射，吸收一部分光，再把另外一部分bounce到主体人物上，这
样的补光比较柔和和均匀，没有直接打到主体上那种白花花一片的很harsh的效果 |

and ESL as small as possible, the capacitance value is not that important.
You can start with some X7R 0603 SMD caps(0.1uF or 0.01uF) or even smaller (
0402), put them as close as possible to the power pins. The keyword here is
ESL and ESR.
The gound bounce voltage V=ESL * deltaI/deltaT
for digital circuits, when switching happens, deltaI/deltaT can be huge, little inductance can cause huge voltage bounce. |
