上课回来，老师也是有几个要求，象curved fingers, 手指不要push，要bounce。
我们回来练习，第一遍，我既要求手指完美，又要求bounce。结果一遍练了很久才断断
续续搞定。
孩子休息一下，我在一旁生闷气。然后我想：不能一下子实现全部的要求，不如一项一

去年8月25号晚上,从家里去学校的路上被抓,40的路,条子说我开了54.二话不说,一张
ticket,我一看,还是我们学校的警察,nnd,下手真狠.条子是迎面开来的
然后就去法院要求上庭,初定是11月底吧,一共要去两次,前一次递交motion,第二次
trial
谁知道我把日子记错了,递交motion那次忘记去了.第二天再去,说只能重新安排时间.于
是motion递交排到1月27号,今天trial.我对本州的speedy trial不是狠了解.由于上一
次也是我的失误,没能按原有排期,所以我也不指望靠speedy trial的trick了.

你问的问题很好，如果这是一件悬案，相对于你对我的分析用的完美一词来讲，这的确
是个很大破绽。我早想回复给你了，但由于被封了所以没办法，又不想私信只对你一个
人解释，我想很多人也会有这个疑问，所以现在才回复。
首先，的确，如果楼主带了现金怎么办？我个人感觉车行会找另一个理由回绝她，然后
用各种方法让楼主贷款，而又不让楼主觉得自己是被强行贷款的。其实车行最喜欢的是
让你贷款，如果非要收现金方式最喜欢收的就是debit card和cashier’s check, 其次
才是现金（因为怕数错钱或送钱的时候掉了和怕有假钞的可能）个人支票（有跳票的可
能，车行一般有个机器，客人写hot check的可能几乎没有，但有bounce check的可能
， 区别是hot check在写的时候银行里就没有这些钱，而check bounced的意思是写支
票的时候有这些钱，而商家真正去存的时候却存不到这些钱，有可能是客人stop
payment或是把有效的钱在车行process之前转走了）然后credit card也不愿意收因为

她找到的房客开始的每个月都迟付房租。 （前三个月） 从第四个月开始， 她回国（
家在加纳）， 两个孩子和哥哥还住在里面。 连续两个月都没有付房租了。 催了无数
次， 他哥哥总说联系不上。 当初第一次付房租时， 支票就被bounce了一次。我们看
到支票被bounce， 问了broker， 她说， 这事已经和她没关系了。 我们现在怀疑
broker当初根本就没有做适当的credit check， 就帮我们定了。
我的一个朋友曾经有过类似经历， 然后他的broker就帮他全权处理了清理房客和律师
的费用。不知道是不是通常都应该这样。
如果broker还是说和她没关系， 我们可以告broker吗？

发帖数: 64 | 29 Steel Jack 肯定是后来加上去的。一般建房子的时候，不会用Steel Jack。都是后来
房子结构出现问题，维修的时候用的。所以，首先要搞清楚为什么要加，房子那里出现
问题了。是地板往下凹，Bouncy；还是旁边的Joist损坏了，又加上了这根长的，新加
的joist就需要支撑，所以用的Steel Jack。
Steel Jack不横向受力，所以你说的地震，那个肯定无法承受。但这都是小概率问题了。
4ft的跨度是有一点大，但是这个要看你的subfloor的强度了。这么大跨度的房子，
subfloor可能用的是实木的板Plank，而且比较厚；而不是用的现在的plywood board或
者 waferboard 。Plank一般是实木的，现在用的很少了，像地板一样也有tounge-and-
groove。强度很高。
走路不觉的bouncing就可以了，尤其你可以到室内比较重的家具旁边再走一走，像是冰
箱，或者China Cabinet旁边。这么重的家具旁边都不bouncing的话，就没有啥问题了。

季度close的很多都是因为bounce的原因，所以和去年比肯定是上去的。
关键在于明年初和第二季度如何。
另外还要看房价出租比如何，如果还是大于20倍，再加上这么重的地税，房价也不可能
反弹很多。其实现在纽约附近3州房价还是高于历史均值，普遍房价出租比高，地税高
，你看看case shiller的chart就明白怎么了，问题是市场可能会偏离均值很长时间。 |

为啥这么有兴趣让大家回到透支保护的怀抱中？忍不住好奇心放狗搜了一下。
原来这一块真是个大蛋糕，美国2009年这一年的收入就$38比邻。原来银行开户，全部
默认你接受overdraft protect，而今年改革取消了这一行为，除非你特意option-in。
这对于不慎用debit card进行小额消费透支而言，好处不言自明，顶多刷不了卡，换张
别的卡就行了，而且当时就知道账户没钱了。不过，对于不能透支而造成支票退回，银
行还是会收取bounce fee。预计日后版上overdraft的越境话题，会被bounce取代 |

Brea比较天使，不到三个月就开始睡整觉了，白天也很少哭闹，所以swing 和bouncer
都被我们省掉了。至于玩，每个小朋友喜欢什么玩具都因人，因时，因地而异，因此建
议妈妈们带着宝宝直接去商店试用，合适了再买回家。Brea目前的最爱只有Graco 的

一岁的生日的时候由于种种原因没过成, 心有愧疚. 两岁生日请了好几对COUPLE和5-6
个孩子.
老公在网上ORDER了一个BOUNCE HOUSE(就是那种充气的房子), 连运费什么的快$500.
我个人感觉这是好大一笔钱(对于2岁的小孩来说). 好心疼. 虽然不是负担不起, 但是
有很多其它的地方可以用到这笔钱(要花钱的地方太多了, 哎).
一方面感激老公肯在宝宝身上花钱, 一方面心疼这笔钱.
已经ORDER了, 还没有SHIPPING. 不知道该不该劝老公CANCEL掉ORDER. 他可是研究了好
久这个BOUNCE HOUSE了. 买的时候也应该是挣扎了一番,毕竟我们还没到花$500不眨眼

也包括一个简单易懂的work flow. 这是一个整体感觉。
太晚了，懒得展开。简单地说，难道苹果的辉煌不是告诉了大家漂亮和UI有
多重要吗？如果iPAD 1是一个以功能为主，UI有待改进的产品，就未必红了。
就木有人追了，那你iPAD 2 改进了也没人看了。
网站来说，backend developer注重架子要搭好，数据库直接得上enterprise
level的，一天一M record没问题，99.95% up time，fail over， load balance
等等。然后网站打开，UI给人一个很不专业的感觉，那人即使来了也马上走掉。
这叫bounced hit。是最惨的，可能是Google Adwords 花钱买来的点击啊。
专业人士仔细看大概能看出来某网站backend很牛。可是专业人士很少耶。再说，
专业人士同样一眼就能看出来UI太业余。
在小公司及其有限的resource前提下，UI正是投入小效果直接的东西。backend
