is, for Tango and Foxtrot, which has a basic two measure phrasing, you
breath in at count 7, and breath out the rest count. For Waltz, breath in at
5, and breath out rest of the counts. Quickstep is more complex, normally
only need to breath in once every four measure, and need to adjust that with

first thought it's just the nature of the game but I realized sometimes my
opponent, supposedly less athletic than me, pant less than I do, which made

the eight effective breathing habits for lifting weights:
1) Clear my recommendations with your doctor regarding hold breath.

I do think the basic rules apply pretty well to even basic dancing as well.
Like in Waltz, to start, you will have a deep breath in, right? That's on
count 5. then you do the prep step, begin breath out on count6, and start
dancing 123.

。后来问医生，被告知正常，书上说有的孩子甚至会pass out也正常。holding breath
的时候，最好把他/她放平，能帮助恢复呼吸。还有如果发生频率高的话，可能需要补
铁。
总结一点我们的经验，尽量不要突然强制小孩做或不做什么事情，而是预先警告，然后

那么先介绍一个《斗鱼》
是台湾最近的偶像剧
今天2月上档，上个月刚结束播出
主演：郭品超，安以轩，蓝正龙，张勋杰，陆明君
讲的是黑道的故事
一开始对这些偶像剧完全不屑
但是看到介绍觉得还不错
尤其是那句‘进了黑社会，也许你什么都有了，但是没有了前途’勾起了我想看的欲望
这个片子是根据网络小说改编的，不过我没有看过原著，所以无从比较
总得来说片子拍的不错，节奏还算不慢，然后哭哭啼啼的部分也比以前的台片改进了许多
结尾算是有点悲剧的，至少不是我原本期望的大团圆
不过酱紫使整个剧情才更完整而有深度

I think i understand the "monumental stillness". we joked about the 张牙
facial expression on latin dancers' faces (张牙for latin facial expression,
舞爪 for smooth arms work) in another thread the other day. I guess this
pause in breath comes after a fast inhalation; then you exhale to release.
This corresponds to a fast movement, then hold, then release. (well, if you
understand what i am talking about...)

斯底里。Sting那时候也算是在高峰的时代？我最先拥有的西方摇滚专辑就是the
police的选集。然后才是Guns & Roses, 还有U2。

发帖数: 5141 | 43 single arm breath drill，sidekick drill以及保持high elbow都不容易。小酸评论
的非常到位。
核桃MM你说你本来不会打水，做single arm breath的时候竟然能感受到打腿的快感，
然后做sidekick就能直接做100yard,这个太牛了。看来还是资质好。
像我这种资质差的，平时做这两个drill,要保持打腿动作不变型，还能保持身体姿态，
不下沉，已经很费劲了。
我这种蛙泳游了二十多年都没有进步，自由泳又是超级菜鸟的人体会，游泳绝对是技术
活，efficiency最重要。只有动作到位，划水效率提高了，才有可能进一步发展，尤其
是如果目标是70.3或者ironman的话。貌似全浸(TI)的精髓就是花最少的力量，达到最
好的效果。Stroke count这种东西，只要不是低到到拖后腿，应该是越低越好。因为只
有低了，才说明动作到位，效率高了。如果动作走样，stroke count再高，也比人家慢
好多。平时在泳池里偷窥高手，觉得人家都是行云流水一般，游得很轻松。Sigh,不知
道我有没有机会达到这种境界。。。

发帖数: 792 | 46 医生说给照胸透，但是鉴于我不知道有没有怀孕的情况，就不做，先看看用albuteriol
喷剂有没有效果。因为用喷剂的时候我已经不太short of breath了，所以也没看出来
，只是手抖心慌了。
这已经是第二次了（上一次是6天前），晚上，胸闷，觉得只有到室外去才好一点，左
胸（有点靠下）的部分挺难受，很想把胸膛撕开（请别笑），哪怕把头放在窗外也好，趴
着睡或右侧睡稍微舒服些，睡眠质量极差，（倒不是气憋的），第二天早上起来严重乏力，而且
气短，打几个咯就舒服些（但并没有烧心的感觉）。
请fatmanII或其他医学专业的学者医生给说说，这可能是什么问题？非常感谢！
