先玉335是转基因的吗？环保部说是，农业部说不是。但农业部承认先玉含有
CaMV35S启动子。如果你坚持怀疑它是转基因，人家会说你是造谣，有关部门早就宣布
它不是。如果你拿出事实证明吃了先玉335的动物(老鼠、猪、鸡)出现异常反应，他们
会说“就算它真的影响了生态，也与转基因品种无关。”既然转基因是好的技术，为什
么那么害怕这三个字呢？
先玉335的父本含有PH4CV。而PH4CV的类别编号包括“800/302”；在美国专利
法的规定中，“302”即指“基因修饰”。长长的专利资料文件显示，PH4CV的开发包括

南非野猫serval bred出来的。据说serval也可以做家养宠物，并且在杂志上看到过
serval跟模特的合影，着迷了很久。serval算是exotic cat，全美breeder都太不多。
电话跟最有名的一个在florida的breeder联系了很多次。但是后来进一步研究发现
serval有几个特点我无法handle：
一，昼伏夜出，晚上到凌晨是他们的觅食时间，论坛上建议专门给他们一个房间
二，弹跳力超强，可以平地跳起15 feet。而且不认家。所以如果有后院的话，光
fenced是不够的，必须建棚子。不能让他呆在露天，否则一定有去无回
三，不太能象家猫一样定点大小便，尤其是公猫，尤其在发情期，味道极大
四，大多数serval需要de-clawed（养猫的都知道这是很残忍的，但是serval攻击性跟
破坏力都比较强，所以这个手术是必须的）。即使这样，serval的牙齿仍然非常厉害，
而且因为他有狩猎的本能，家里不能养别的宠物
五，精力过剩，超级活跃，需要大量的活动

convinced by the out of African theory.
There is more DNA diversity among African populations. This is used as the
main proof that humans originated in Africa, but to me it is rather weak.
As you know, Africans are very backward, there has been a lot of in-breeding
, i.e. people there probably only bred with their close neighbours, and
above all, there had not been a powerful people who would annihilate other
peoples.

12月9日随即爆出消息：农业部机关幼儿园“鱼肉类食品统一由为农业部机关食堂
供货的优质水产品公司供货，食用油采用非转基因油”。
听其言，观其行，部分民众要求“农业部的机关幼儿园采用转基因食品，给全国人
民做个表率”的声音响起。
在全球范围内，转基因技术也仍是个争议巨大的话题，支持者和反对者的辩论仍处
