高感，觉得自己孤悬于欧洲大陆之外比他们都牛皮，也许这个情况什么政治制度都没用。
大家是都能投票，但是政策是主要政党之间碰撞出来的，不觉得有什么问题。直接民主
（50%+1票直接决定重大议题）确实是扯淡。

香港一名建制派区议员在败选后说了这番心里话：煽暴派得势也是好事，这可让他们知
道，原来通过选举可以逐步夺权，那就不用以暴动搞破坏即可止暴制乱，天下太平了。
部分建制派人士显然也怕了暴力，宁愿以败选换取太平。但正如我两周前在本栏中预言
，这场城市战争不会只打到区议会选举，就算反对派大胜，黑衣人也不会停战，因为这
要视乎一直在幕后操控的人及其下一步战略。事实上，反对派在胜选后已开出价码，只
待港府和北京回应。

這裏的關鍵在於讓非公務車開進一級古跡是否屬於財富應該帶來的特殊待遇之一，所以
背後的責任明顯歸於故宮的管理階層。事後故宮人員居然還辯解說當天辦私展賺錢是前
任院長的決定；這就是典型的狡辯術，因爲問題不在於辦私展與否而在於特權的範疇大
