选前的 narrative：即使俄hack，但根本不会影响 美国的民主大选，民众完全可以放
心。因为他们认为 H 必定无疑赢得大选，所以不想 民众对选举本身有任何 怀疑。
选后：奥巴政府对 “俄hack” 突然暴怒，这是在至少知道 俄 一直在做 cyber
attack 几乎两年后的反应，而且是在 政府情报部门 最终 报告 没有的 情况下，采取
冷战时的手段，驱逐外交官。并 在报告briefing Trump 前，先把 还是机密的文件泄
漏给 NBC 媒体。
选后媒体：也突然对“俄hack”兴趣大增，是 recount，convert 选举人票失败后的
主要议题。左媒，反复追问 trump team，“为什么 trump 不承认 俄 hack 这一事实
？？？”；

hacking fuming over the actions of FBI Director James Comey and convinced he
's unfit to lead the agency.
"I was nonjudgmental until the last 15 minutes. I no longer have that
confidence in him," Rep. Tim Walz (D-Minn.), ranking member of the Veterans
