感觉美国的法律还是挺公正的，警察都是靠发罚单混饭吃的胚子，地方traffic court
审判官都是和警察通奸的，到了高级法院，就是法学院毕业的阅案无数的高级法官了，
一切按法律条文办事，不偏袒哪一方
还有一个这个oral arguement基本不重要，最重要的是opening brief，一般上诉法官
按你brief里的arguement决定结果
