从2000年到2009年，美国科学和工程的女博士增加了一倍，接近50%，和男博士比例齐
平 （但在欧洲这个比例差异还蛮大的，见图1）。但在STEM（科学，技术，工程和数学
）大类内部，各学科女博士的比例差异很大，例如在分子物理和脑科学系有接近半数的
女博士，但这个比例在物理和计算机科学中不到20%。这种差异在社会科学和人文领域
同样如此：艺术史和心理学女博士的比例可以占到70%；但在经济系和哲学系，这个比
例不到35%。

亚迪(BYD)以及总部位于沈阳的华晨(Brilliance)，早盘也都大幅下滑。
上汽和比亚迪的股价后来收复失地，而在香港上市的广汽收盘下跌10%，华晨跌9%。投
资者的焦虑集中于放开股比限制给中国本土汽车制造商带来的不确定未来。
新规将允许外资企业从明年起兴建其全资拥有的电动车制造厂，到2022年将能够兴建其
