新帝国论概述
“帝国”、“新帝国”乃至“新帝国主义”，其实都不是什么新概念。在西方国家
，特别是美国，近来人们之所以热烈地讨论这一话题，文章铺天盖地，首先是缘于“9
·11”事件，其后则是因为发生了伊拉克战争。美国在伊拉克取得的令人敬畏的胜利，
在知识分子圈子里再度点燃了有关“美利坚帝国”的争论。1在媒体的专栏中，认为美
国是“新罗马”（"new Rome"）的评论连篇累牍。当然，这些文章中绝大多数是持批判
性观点，但也确有一些人越来越愿意接受一个他们先前曾激烈反对过的思想，即他们的
国家是一个帝国。他们渴望相信这样一点，即存在着一种新型帝国，而这种帝国对美国

现在确实都电子化了。像最著名的《大英百科全书》，自从1768年出版第一套以来，一
直更新，到了2012年，终于决定不再出版更新的纸质版百科全书了，以后只有电子版。

如果条件允许，我还是喜欢纸质书。电子书的好处是搜索方面，纸质书的好处是翻起来
方便。一个大文件前后找，没有翻书可以随手翻到某一页来得舒服。
网络确实大大地改变了知识的传递和拥有模式。在以前，像历史学大家陈寅恪、顾颉刚
他们所掌握的历史知识是一般人一辈子也难以望其项背的，因为一般人根本就没有机会
读到那些载有重要信息的书籍。
可现在就大不一样了，陈寅恪、顾颉刚再厉害，也赶不上网络的力量。因为网络背后不
是一个人，而是整个社会的资源。现在获取信息的渠道便捷、高效了，但是，如何提取
信息的精髓，产生自己的思想，仍然是一大挑战。 |

它是又 johann andreas schemller 在他的13世纪圣本研习会
诗歌全集(benediktbeuern 修道院，南暮尼黑，bavarian地区)
中给出的 。
你会发现，在CB中关于benediktbeure是错误拼写。这在britannica
and hallwag的德国地图中得到证实。其实，在德国发行的版本应该
是
准确的。许多CD搞错的原因是‘beuren’在德文中是一个非常常用的
结尾。这是一个例外，它在慕尼黑以南100km处(稍微偏西)，近乎
去innsbruch的中途 。
因为如此，此手稿由此处得名尽管现在公认它并不是从benediktbeue
rn
起源。而且更多的可能来自seckau，这个手稿可能是最重要的12世纪
拉丁牧师诗歌的资料。其中一些由德语写成，一些由unheighted

不过，把辞海比大英，也太委屈大英了吧，辞海才一本两千页，大英可是三十二卷的一
个书架呀。大英的缩写本也要比辞海大吧。
中文里面加个“大”字可算是习惯了，哈哈。 |
