etc. are based on ultimate reality. The insight into ultimate reality is

Buddha? Mostly 预流果? If so, they'd have 7 more lives to go, right? that's
about 7*60=420 years, or maybe 400 or 500 years. Were there many enlightened
people (with their last lives) reported about 500 years after Buddha's
death? Why would Buddha even say that after the 500 years, the Dhamma would

5．所谓现代的‘原始’佛法
‘原始’佛法现在好像很热门，也很能满足一些人的心理需要， 但是问题也随之而来。
5.1 ‘原始’是个什么意义？
‘原始’是个意义很含混的词。判断佛法，可以说它是佛法和非佛法，
或者是究竟佛法和非究竟佛法等等。原始不原始和佛法有什么直接联系？
相信佛法的人都认为自己学的都是佛陀的教法，都是从佛而来的方法。
法义的正确与否难道还和佛陀说法或者佛法传播的时间有关系？
考古的人和考据研究佛教的外行人用‘原始’佛法这样的词可以理解，
佛教人士用‘原始’佛法这个词就比较奇怪了。
用‘原始’佛法这个词的不少佛教人士，大概是想说明自己的才是
真正的佛陀说的法，其他的都是后来添油加醋的伪法，至少是不纯正的佛法。
想自我标榜也标榜的这么拐弯抹角，真是让人摇头。
5.2 佛法可以靠考据么？怎么来判定佛法？

Buddha最早在化缘和教育弟子的时候，并没有说只许吃素。如果只许吃素的话，Buddha
和他的弟子就不得不拒绝别人offer的很多事物。Buddha的意思是，别人给什么，俺们
就吃什么，不要挑剔。
我想，不管吃什么。要想到别人(或者是母鸡, 或者是小牛)，为我们做出的牺牲。所以
吃东东的时候，不要浪费，吃够,给自己能量就可以了。另外，吃东西不可以是为了味
觉的享受 (这是很难做到的...)

小说中那本《生命如不朽繁星》(A Constellation of Vital Phenomena)，他便会被带
往那片暴力和悲剧不断的土地。在那里，无辜者被卷入战争的几率和战斗人员一样高。
或许，在今年波士顿马拉松比赛现场的爆炸案让车臣重返各大媒体的头版位置后，
奥巴马正寻求更深入地了解族裔流血冲突的根源。也可能，他是在思索自己同俄罗斯的
紧张关系。
不管怎样，相比于办公桌上那些满是图表的情报文件，这部小说能让奥巴马总统对

Confucius Temple, Mencius Temple, Buddha Temple 都在大峡谷！
Buddha Temple的名字1900年就有了，可见美国人民早就‘崇洋媚外’了！：） ：）
我猜想是最早的地质学者们命名的。
大峡谷里还有很多的印度名字的地名呢：Shiva Temple, Vishnu Temple,
还有Vishnu Basement Rocks 毗湿奴的基底岩石,大峡谷最底层最早的岩石层
当然也有古希腊罗马文明的名字：Solomon Temple, Jupiter Temple。。。
听说此文记载很多早期大峡谷开发的事：
