自己这次没能成行，把从一个阿根廷朋友那里讨来的攻略贴一下，下几个星期去过长周
末的可以参考，尤其是最后换peso的那段。
Restaurants: italians are always good. I would recommend La Parolaccia (
there are 2 with the same name but La Parolaccia Trattoria is the one you
will have better pasta). For Pizza, Los Inmortales is a great place. Ice
cream, any Freddo or Volta is a good place.

民主自由，在四十多年的任期内，把比利时从一个专制独裁国家成功变成了一个现代民
主国家。他赋予每个成年男子选举权，甚至比美国提前半个世纪立法允许工人罢工。他
对妇女儿童的保护领先于整个欧洲。比利时1881年就普及了基础教育，确保每个女孩都
能上到初中，并且在1889年通过法律禁止十二岁以下儿童工作。在利奥波德二世治下，
国家的经济像政治一样获得了大发展，他比罗斯福更早采取建设公路和铁路基础设施的
手段来减少失业和刺激经济。
然而在非洲刚果这个比利时殖民地，确切的说是利奥波德二世本人的殖民地，他完全是

前两天刚拿到巴西的LONELY planet，
一边厢还在捉摸着怎么去秘鲁，一边已经开始计划阿根廷巴西的行程了
行程一共26天，包括了小瑞士，BA，里约，圣保罗，大沼泽，NATAL...
估计应该没人能够全程加入了，只是看看有没有旅友正好能够遇到，而且有什么事也可
以互相帮助一下

出发前工作特别的忙，应付完公司要求的考证，旅游的行知程一拖再拖，天渐渐的寒了
。不能再去
欧洲了。一天，从一个巴西的朋友ipod上看到了一张Iguassu 瀑布的照片，被它的壮美
吸引了，
于是决定去巴西和阿根廷。
============= 出门前的心情 =============
虽然以前自己开车去过一些城市甚至加拿大住上十几天，但毕竟都有当地的朋友。这次
算是第一次
真正的自己一个人出门旅行，临行前很紧张，签证跑了几次大使馆才搞定，归结原因是
自己不认
真。网上发过几次贴子问这问那，除了一个网友很热情的鼓励外。其它人回的很少。于
是我自己上
网做了很多调研。去哪里吃，哪里玩，哪里住，怎么飞，直到出行的头一天工作时还在
搜集材料，
甚至想带上笔记本。
边上的同事看着我忙的不行。笑笑和我说，你把你搜索的材料存成一个文件放到你的
ipod touch
里就可以了。别搜了，留一点随机不是更好吗？ 你到哪里都会交到朋友，没问题的。

协会最近有个名单，只有名单上合格的学校才有认证资格，才可以在德州做住院医。他
给我的名单上中国无一所医学院校合格。请看附件。按此类推，我们就全部无法申请德
州的program了。请大家核实并求助。

这一天没什么项目，就是transit （发现阿根廷人路上交通都叫transport, 水上叫
navigation), 回Calafate. 坐在大巴上回想上次的阿根廷，Buenos Aries 和Iguazu，
那些可爱的阿根廷朋友们, 和一些旅途中的趣事。
2008年底我们抵达Buenos Aries的当晚，LD当地的朋友就来接我们。为欢迎我们他们专
门还搞个Asado. Asado就是老美的barbecue. 我们旅馆定在了市区，人家两个人还专程
跑大老远来接我们，他们工薪阶层一般都住很远的城外（BA城很大，可能就是三环四环
外的概念），要坐火车坐几站。人好热情，就是拉美那种自然的warmth, 当然一见面就
教我们要入乡随俗kiss打招呼。
其实之前也没见过面，就是都在网上做open source的, 和LD一起有过合作. 见了面我

列了一下，在地图上一查，把阿根廷的南北都走遍了，不知道我应该坐飞机，还是大巴
，还是租车？一脑袋浆糊，求指点。
行程安排如下：

El Calafate -- 1天？
Ushuaia -- 这个是在最南边，不知该坐飞机还是大巴？从哪里走最好？呆1天够吗？
El Chaltén -- 是否可以在Ushuaia租车前往？
Bariloche -- 1天？
Parque Faunistica Peninsula Vldes -- 1天？
不知是否还有其他的景点？因为进出阿根廷的飞机是走Buenos Aires，所以开始和最后

看了xuwenbo82兄发表的《南美血战：几乎亡国灭种的巴拉圭战争》，一时兴起，趁在
家休息的机会做个南美战争系列和大家一起挖掘一下这个很少被中国人所知的大洲。
今天先来讲下xuwenbo82兄讲过的巴拉圭战争。巴拉圭战争也称三国同盟战争。三国同
盟（Triple Alliance），顾名思义，就是三个国家，为共同的目的和行动而缔订条约
，结成联合关系，来捍卫自己的利益、消灭异己或对抗外来的威胁。自古到今，西方历
史上出现过为数不少的三国同盟关系，而这些三国同盟对历史所造成的影响，也许没有
一个像公元1865年拉丁美洲的巴西、阿根廷和乌拉圭所秘密签署的三国对抗巴拉圭秘密
条约（The Secret Treaty of the Triple Alliance against Paraguay）一样，那么
血腥残酷，几乎造成一个国家的灭亡和种族的灭绝。历史上称这一个恐布的战争为三国

入主世界空军！ 我说过，这是一场世纪之战，但不应该是国家与国家，种族与种族之
间的战争，而是信仰，不同路线之争。
大家都知道这个Hurun 财富榜，其实这是个掠夺财富，权利的集团。而且如果我没有猜
错的话，不管其原始创立人是谁，现在这个集团已经完全被日本人所操控。刚刚发布的
