的技术有多牛X。
但管理方面的混乱确实很让人shock，team太小，增加了太多没水准的一线manager。很
多role本身就是tech lead能take care的，非要搞个无所事事的manager，为了表示存
在感，除了搞事没别的事去做。
GFT的structure好很多，大组建制，每个大组按项目分小组，让lead去带，分配干活就
是了，没那么多的micro management。要是有一个每天没事净buggy你的manager，换谁
都不爽。

最主要的一点： Take ownership of the projects.
然后就是玩命努力。
我以前也是像那个PIP的女生，好脾气，给我安排到哪个项目
上打杂就老老实实地打杂。费力还浪费时间。因为别人主导的项目，
除非你是亲信，给你都是没有技术含量打杂的活。一周修几个BUG，
没写几行程序。需要项目信息的时候，别人隐瞒信息，爱理不理 ，
还舔着脸说你做的不好。这里我省去一堆狗血教训。
现在学乖了，都是搞清楚这个项目确实不错，而且说清楚我是主导，
我再上。现在每周学到的新技术和development code的产量
跟在别人项目上受气打杂修小bugs不可同日而语。
另外，有人说经理不给我好项目怎么办。你自己要努力，不断
想办法争取，甚至创造项目。 比如我手里的一个项目是重写一个
buggy而且技术陈旧的系统，一开始经理就不想让我做，还说什么
那个系统不重要，维护维护就行了。结果用户一直抱怨那个系统

segfault之类，虽然一个solution通过了lc的tests不代表没有bug。如果面试中有这些
