soaked with water and expanding. you should try to get a fan to blow the
house and get the moisture out. hopefully it will get back to normal once
the ply wood is dry. |

房子里面的dry wall 没有看到平行的裂纹。 可是按照inspector 对外墙的评价是：

them, but they are not bulging so far.

is not impossible, but not that easy.

我腰酸背痛已经快一个月了，有蛋白尿。胃部有轻微溃疡，在服药中。
背痛主要在腰部稍微偏上的部位，髋部最近也开始疼了，主要是早上起床时。
感觉腰部和背部是那种比较僵硬的疼痛。在深呼吸的时候，感到腰部前后（两侧）都非
常疼。
肾超声正常。另外感觉右腿像是坐骨神经痛。
做了MRI，结论是：straightening of the lordosis. Mild L4-L5 and L5-S1 Disc
bulges. No significant stenosis,normal conus.
医生让我做physical therapy，主要就是电刺激腰背部，做一些背飞这样的动作。上周
感觉好多了。周末又不行了。我从网上查了一下，感觉很像僵直性脊柱炎？
请问一下版上的大牛有什么建议，可以做什么按摩穴位之类的来促进康复么？每天早上
背痛醒感觉太难受了。

therapy了。但是我的腰背真的很痛，尤其是晚上睡觉的时候非常痛，这几天从梦中痛
醒，大概睡4-6个小时就会痛醒。
肋部偏下的脊椎部分如果稍微用力压一下，就会有很强的刺痛感觉，MRI结果说是L4-L5
和L5-S1部分disc bulges。
我自己也注意早晚运动，适当的蛙泳一下，不过还是很痛啊，尤其是早上起床的时候，
请问还有什么好点的办法么？

理先做了检查，重新拍了5张X光，然后大牛型男医生出来，看了X光，让做了几个动作
，认为受伤是因为disc might bulge and irritated the nerve, 现在应该是nerve在
发炎，吃点消炎药应该就没问题了。我问了有没有permanent damage, 他说应该不会，
然后说almost will never happen。
网络的力量是强大的，要不是楼上几位的建议，我是懒得去看spine surgeon的，不过
重新拍了X光（质量比在chiropactor那里拍的要清晰的多），而且还纠正了好几处
chiropactor的误诊（比如chiropactor指着那两张模模糊糊的X光说哦这里有点关节炎
的迹象， spine surgeon看了说没有任何关节炎）
得到的教训就是铲雪一定要屈膝，然后端着铲子不能剧烈扭动身体。出了问题直接找
surgeon, chiropactor真的是江湖郎中。然后spine surgeon说了25岁以后人的脊椎就

There are some nice viewpoints and trails in Shenandoah. Small but pretty
waterfalls. Nice fall foliage. And quite a bit of wildlife too. During my
last two trips there in 2001, I encountered one adult bear, one bear cub,
one very satisfied rattlesnake (with a huge bulge in the middle of body,
sunbathing), one snake of unknown species, dozens of deer, a few wild turkey
, etc. |
