no gain in yardage with the longer irons.
Two solutions:
1) replace your 3,4,5 irons with hybrid clubs
or
2) do a little bit of weight training to strengthen your forearms
(do hammer curl with weight that you can perform 5-8 repetitions, do 3
sets, 2 to 3 times a week. You will also gain distance in your 6 iron.)
PS: Don't worry, it is not that easy to get bulging muscle. : ) |

this design is what allows the gun to feed reliably even when it’s dirty.
There are tradeoffs for ultimate reliability. Aftermarket barrels are
relatively cheap if this bothers you."

across the following video.
It's about reloading, to reload .40sw that has been shot by a Glock, you
have to use a special die to reform the spent shell case, because all .40
shell fired by a Glock will bulged near the base, as Glock is not full
chamber supported.
This is really scary to be, for me, I won't shoot a Glock in .40, especially
reloads.

Unfortunately, we didn't even make the summit of flume...600 ft short of the
summit! The Flume slide trail was an absolute blast, lots of hard tiring
work but it was a very awesome mountaineering type experience. The steepness
varied from 45-50+ degrees at times with thigh deep snow breaking trail was
an absolute work out. Sections had exposed ice bulges and required two
tools to get over. This hike was definitely way harder |

chimney is much more sustained though. we did the pitch 1 variation of
spiderman this time, that is a very sweet 5.7 with lots of good pros. those
two 5.7 cracks left of bunny face, especially rabbit stew, are stiff for 5.7
as well. but I suck big time at jamming, that might be the reason.

没有大肌肉群的女生，爬11d的slab， 拿到一个gunks的10屋檐也上不去，就是拉不了
引体，就是
挂不了脚，然后说是12的线？
我个人不认为有什么样的fitness limit。 有两个很好的例子，Rumney waimea的big
kahuna, 5.12d/5.13a，这是对爆发力要求很高的一条线，一个只能爬5.12的女生，基
本不可能
完成这条线，就一个难点v6/v7的动作。 Joshua tree的battle of bulge, 5.11d，我
也相信一个爬limestone 5.13的人，不花1个月时间，也基本不可能完成这条线，全程
难点，最难
的overhang slab，踩blot去吧。
跑题了，和受伤无关。 我觉得有伤最好问医生。网上问的偏方不能全信，别人的经验

发帖数: 82482 | 38 到年底了，回头看看总结今年看过的几本书。感觉上今年大部分时间都泡在水里了，当然，这完全都是Patrick O'Brian的缘故。他的Aubrey-Maturin系列，总共二十本，今天已经看到第十七本了。所以，航海应该算是今年的主题。
好几年前，粗略看过这个系列的第一本书，《Master and Commander》，没有什么感觉。当时好像是Russell Crowe的同名电影刚上映，就把书拿过来翻翻。当时英语不好，说实话，没有怎么看懂。感觉非常晦涩，很多词字典里面都没有，就没有在意。囫囵吞枣看下来，反正战争动作场面还算精彩，而且作者的英国式幽默也算是很Charming，但是没有感觉非常特别。
今年年初的时候，把这个系列的第二本，《Post Captain》拿出来翻翻，感觉上容易好了很多。可能，这些年来英语有所长进；而且，几年来断断续续地翻看了不少关于帆船时代航海的参考书和图解的缘故。对于木制帆船的结构和航海技术有了粗略的了解，大体知道了Ship，Cutter和Barque的区别，知道了什么是 mizzen，topgallant，royal topgallant，以及studdingsa... 阅读全帖 |
