居然Current了，但是之前换工作，在重新办Perm ..
有意思的是印度的EB2退了4年到04年。 |

2014年1月10人左右就能出Visa Bulletin For February 2014。如果那个时候看到cut-
off Day倒退了(比如退到2010年了)，那我还不如不提交485呢。所以我觉得2014年1月
10日之后看看情况，再决定是否提交485比较好吧？ |

排期。
感觉这周五排期出不来，而且要放大招了。感觉会停滞或者倒退。
是不是我太疑神疑鬼了？可是之前每个月查都不是这样的，这个月很反常。 |

EB3 Rest of World:
The CO has limited knowledge as to the number of eligible applicants, and
USCIS has encouraged DOS to move the dates forward over the last 5 months.
Demand appears to be increasing, thus, it is unlikely in the short run that
the category will move forward. In fact, if current demand continues,
something may have to be done as early as May 2014 to slow the demand in
this category.

According to the AILA, Mr. Charles Oppenheim predicts the following:
India EB-2: It will continue to advance at a steady pace for another two
months before slow down or holding toards the end of this fiscal year (09/30

for EB3 China and forward movement in EB2 China, EB2 China is finally ahead
of EB3 China.
The demand in EB2 China continues to be low, even after it received large

发帖数: 289 | 29 看到有人指出USCIS的有些officer参照的是二月的VB而不是三月的，估计就是无脑点进
Current Visa Bulletin了。我们自己也有很多人一开始都搞错了。虽然可能还有一周
左右就要发布新VB，link多半到时候能纠正，但是就怕DOS脑残影响3月current的人。
我试图report website issues： https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/
contact/website-issues.html
但是这个似乎不行，一直说无法发出submission。大家可以再接再厉试试看。
另外打了电话给DOS customer service: 1 (202) 647-6575
留言并设了priority.
最后在网上发了个message，把VB的link和错误都指出了。

如果版主有直接联系DOS的email，希望版主也能帮忙反应一下问题。不想因为一个小的

Priority Date,指的是你递交I40的日期。
比如，2016年5月的上面说，EB2是01SEP12，EB3是15AUG13。这是PD在这个日期之前的
人可以递交485了？
有两个排期日期：
Final action dates:你的PD如果是晚于这个日期，就不可能轮到处理你的I485。
Filing dates：你的PD如果是早于这个日期，你就可以递交I485.

。 如果这些comments是根据大约一周前跟奥本沟通的记录，那时候EB3 12-13个报绿吧
，一周以后现在已经有27个EB3报绿了。 还是怕EB3的demand比奥本猜得要高导致前进
