them but don't know which one is good and also easy to install and manage. The
system requires it to build on .NET and MS Sql Server (I like PHP/MySQL, but
our admin doesn't support them). So has anyone tried good ones and your sugges
tion? Greatly appreaciated!!!! |

请做出了如下解释：
1、如果申请人不提交批准的劳工纸原件，移民局是否会拒收I-140/I-485同时提交的申
请？
答案：是的，移民局不接受这类申请。
2、如果申请费错误，移民局是否会拒收申请案件？
答案：是的，如果申请费错误，移民局将拒收申请案件。
3、如果申请文件没有签字，移民局是否会拒收申请？
答案：是的，移民局将拒收没有所需签名的申请案件。
4、工作移民申请应该提交到什么处理中心？
答案：I-485申请可以根据移民局7月21日公布的指示，提交Nebraska或者Texas处理
