的I-130排期是不是有加速？
因为之前看到份报道（忘了在哪）说美国要加速移民审批等候时间
但是网上查了下 没有相关的新闻请问有人了解吗？
答：前些年，一些媒体报导说，美国即将修改移民申请条款，只要在美国获得博士学
位，就能直接发绿卡，无需申请。但现在这个法案还是没有能够兑现。所以，看一些关
于移民政策的媒体报导没有任何用处。
排期有不有加速和倒退，只能以美国国务院（DOS）每个月公布的VISA BULLETIN为准。
2. 请问processing time 是怎么知道的呢？
我在USCIS的网站查了下 I-130审批时间有4个service center
5个月（texas, nebraska, vermont)到4年(california)不等。。

时候才会获得对应申请类别的visa number？对于这个问题，有关法律的回答是：
首先，申请人必须在相应的visa category 开放(current) 的情 况下才可以提出I-485
申 请。在提交申请后，USCIS会对此申请进行审核，然后可能会批准此申请并给予一个
visa number。在移 民官批准此申请时，visa bulletin相应类别也应该是开放的才可
以给予visa number。如果当时的visa bulletin不 是开 放的，那么USCIS 就会等到新
的visa number 发放之后才会批准申请。简单来说，申请在提出时及批准时，visa
bulletin都应 该是开 放的。
以上是法律规定的程序，但是也有不少人指出事实上一 些I-485申 请案 件即 使在

because, there is no way to tell all those from Perms and I-140s will
eventually apply for I-485.
The only way to know the demand is to count the no of I-485 applications
filed so far. Period.
And from Feb bulletin all 2009 people will file start filing 485s and as
everybody know 2009 has very low turn out and moreover the data won't be
available until April.

As reported in last week's MurthyBulletin, the U.S. Department of State
(DOS) Visa Bulletin holds some very good news in the employment-based,
second preference (EB2) category for nationals of certain countries. The
cutoff dates for India and China were advanced in excess of two years - to

每个月visa bulletin出来之后 uscis会出一份交485的解释说明
我一直理解所谓visa bulletin的月份就是生效时间
比如现在出来的五月份排期 在五月份的时候就可以用了
但是 visa bulletin info现在不理解
https://www.uscis.gov/visabulletininfo
下面的"Next Month"是指五月份么？ 也就是说五月份递交485使用的是4月份的排期 而
并非五月份的排期
我的理解有问题么？

本来以为很幸运的收到了1/30面试通知，2月份我们就current了。我们面试地点是在
san fernando field， Chatsworth
进去交了表格，核对了ID，等被叫号。等了1小时左右，终于被一个小老墨叫到了，但
是他并没有把我们带进门，而是在就近的叫号的窗口，把他的visa bulletin给我们看
说：2017年4月份filing date是05/01/2014,你们提前file了485，所以不能面试你们。
然后我们的律师懵逼了，怎么可能。。。我们明明是按规定办事的，而且移民局也收了
我们的case，然后我们发现他看的是filing date而我们用的是final action date，而
只有4月份，final date居然是08/15/2014比filing date要晚， 大家可以看下面的链
