But based on many studies, the reliabilities of the buried transmission line
is not better than above (using poles). They each have their own problems/
risks.
But the cost of bury the line is much much greater in most areas.
Yes, underground lines are less likely to get damaged in ice storm, down
trees, but they are more likely to have problem during flooding, earth quake
,etc.

1) Rockville is not a flooding area. Consequently, I am afraid that it is
hard to dismiss anything based on flood.
2) Earthquake may incur damage to both underground and overhead power lines.
This area does not have many strong earthquakes until recently. Still, 5.
8 degree is not strong in comparison with those at the west coast or Japan.
Hence, it hard to believe that earthquake can be a make-or-break factor.

Plus electric energy is one of the few things in US that is regulated (
meaning they can not just spend more money to bury the lines and charge back
to you)

关系认识的发展史。
关于中国历史上的匈奴（Hsiung-nu），历史上有着众多不同的名字，比如鬼方、昆戎
、猃狁、荤粥、胡等等，有人统计，别名高达32种之多（冯家升1937）。一直到《史记
》才定名为“匈奴”。
至于匈奴的来源，也是众说纷纭。《史记》记载，“匈奴为夏后氏之苗裔”，“索隐”
引乐彦《括地谱》：“夏桀无道，汤放之于鸣条，三年而死。其子獯粥，妻桀之众妾，
避居北野……中国谓之匈奴。”又引张晏“淳维以殷时奔北边”。按这种说法，獯粥是
夏桀的儿子，也为后世匈奴的始祖，所以匈奴为夏后氏之苗裔。学者如吕思勉赞同此说。
但是，没有证据说獯粥即是匈奴之始。如果按照《史记•五帝本纪》，黄帝就曾
经“北逐荤粥”。《国语•郑语》说：“昆吾为夏伯。”《左传》语“昆吾夏桀
同日亡。”《诗经•商颂》：“韦顾既伐，昆吾夏桀。”昆吾在商朝人那里就被
叫做鬼方，按徐中舒《夏史初曙》，是和夏人联盟的一个部族，他们被打败后一起迁往

马帝国史中是被贬低的。Bury指出了一个事实，就是斯提里科在和阿拉里克的斗争中有
