今天，我非常震惊地发现，1946年《远东国际军事法庭判决书》（International
Military Tribunal for the Far East Judgment）网上居然有英语全文，那可是1500
页的文件啊。
我从不知道，这么重要的第二次世界大战的文件，网上居然可以轻易找到！国内媒体好
像从来没有宣传过这件事。我查了国家图书馆的数据库，发现这个文件很可能没有出版
过中译本。我不知道台湾是否出过中译本，当年南京政府应该有中文版的。
我对这个事情很不理解。
这是第一手的历史原件，历史价值就不用说了，对于爱国主义教育和揭露日本军国主义
的罪行，都有巨大的价值。可是，为什么大家都不知道呢？这是公共领域的材料，没有

't do anything harsh to the landlord before and thought they wouldn't get
hurt. So they didn't run away like others. But people already get frenzy,
they don't care shit, they just want to kill and revenge.
Still, we need to see the facts on both sides. |

Once a year comes grave worship day, and the graves are opened and the bones
taken out, scraped and dried and then placed in earthen crocks to remain on
the top of the ground to be worshiped while the grave is used again to bury
the next one that dies. What a system! I would think it awful to scrape
even a dead chickens bones. How much worse to handle a dead relatives
carcass!" |

摩尼教是3世纪在波斯兴起的一种宗教，因其创始人为摩尼（216-277？）而得名。
中国旧译明教、明尊教、二尊教、末尼教、牟尼教等。该教在拜火教的理论基础上，吸
收了基督教、诺斯替教和佛教等教义思想而形成自己的信仰，其主要思想是世上光明与
黑暗斗争的二元论。摩尼教在波斯曾盛极一时，后来因受波斯王瓦拉姆一世（274=277
）的残酷迫害，教徒流徙四方。其中向东的一支传入河中地区，以后逐渐东传进入中国
，于762/763年再传入回纥。8-9世纪时，在回纥取得了长足的发展，不久便替代了原来
盛行的萨满教，一跃成为回纥的国教。在漠北回纥汗国（744-840）的推动下，摩尼教
在中原地区也得到了较大的发展。除了伊朗、中亚、中国之外，摩尼教还曾流行于叙利
亚、埃及、巴勒斯坦、北非、欧洲、小亚细亚乃至南亚次大陆等许多地方。摩尼教的经
典也曾由叙利亚文先后译成拉丁文、希腊文、亚美尼亚文、中古波斯文、帕提亚文、突
厥文、粟特文、汉文、大夏文、回鹘文、阿拉伯文等十余种文字。
