要磨细要用blender or blade coffee grinder。不过如果经常磨面粉
还是投资一个grain mill比较好，用burr磨的，粉粒均匀，磨的时候保持低温
营养不破坏。espresso machine一定要配四五百以上的burr coffee grinder

基本在espresso machine里面都是最便宜的级别了.
网上查了一下，说其实Grinder的作用比Espresso机器更重要，如果100块钱，
最好50块以上投资到Grinder上面. 我开始还有点不太相信. 测了一下这台
Mr. Coffee的Grinder和前几天买的Consumer Report推荐的Capresso
Infinity Conical Burr Grinder, 发现的确区别很大.
图1，两台都设置成最细档，Mr.Coffee机器只能磨到比ground coffee
更细一点的级别，而且大小不均匀. 右边的是Capresso Infinity磨的，基本
根面粉差不多了. 而且这个磨的太细了，以至于后来把咖啡机堵住了, 其实用到
fine档，基本就可以了.

PLAINFIELD路边有个看起来在NAPER卖80万-100左右的房（当然我不知道屋里怎么样）
，挂牌好几年，后来卖掉了，我有次没事干查了一下，那是房事最低潮的时候，开价
600万。
BURR RIDGE上新闻这几年好几次了，HINSDALE还比较少。
一次是某牙医的房子被水淹，据说损失1-2千万。房子是4000万，号称CHICAGO市面上最
贵。
一次是ANTHONY WALKER被入室抢劫，丢了些金银细软，外加他的CL550。你应该知道
ANTHONY WALKER是谁吧？
还有一次是和BO JACKSON有关的，这个估计是80年代美国电视上广告露面最多的MLB明

medium,light，如果你不喜欢starbucks的口味，就不要买dark roasted了。
买豆也可以，买事先磨好再装袋子的也可以，自己买了豆在超市磨也可以。如果是好的
牌子，事先磨好的和你买回豆来自己磨，口感没多少差别。怎么分辨好牌子呢，看价钱
就行了, 最便宜的可以略过，比如大罐装的Folgers, Maxwell House, 一股刷锅水的味
道，估计都是最烂的豆磨的。我个人经验，一磅单价在五到十块是性价比最高的，超级
贵的也有，很多都是满足special interest或者小资瞎折腾的，你未必觉得好喝。
我买的最多的是8 o'clock coffee, 一袋两磅15块，偶尔有买一送一就买一堆囤着。
如果你买了豆，就需要grinder了，grinder又分两种，一种是最便宜的 blade grinder
, 就是象blender一样，优点是便宜，缺点是打好的和没打好的不分开，所以造成不是
百分之百均匀。一种是burr grinder, 可以设定打多细，达到标准的就不会继续被磨了
