很明显abstract讲的和WSJ讲的不一样。原因在NBER文章和wsj的article目标读者不一
样。NBER的文章讲有3个recession不一样，WSJ讲就2008的recession和以前不一样。
再看NBER文章里面的Table 2，1880-2011年的recession中有housing bust的只有1927-
1929，1933-1937，和2008这一次，从这个数据和文章的abstract就可以看出，NBER这
篇文章很难和WSJ的评论联系在一起，NBER因为是给研究者读的，很多是Ph.D.做教授的
,所以文章写的更严谨一点，结论下的更小心。而WSJ的评论确实偏离了文章的本意，当
然WSJ的target reader完全是没有时间看原文的。

全麦面包片一片，杏仁1／4杯，枣子蜜饯3颗
橄榄油, 意大利混合香料 （如果有busting oil 直接用busting oil就好）
Parmasan奶酪粉, 盐, 黑胡椒
面包片切小块。杏仁用刀面压碎。枣子切小块。
小煎锅里倒入刚盖过锅底的橄榄油，加入大概1／4茶勺的意大利香料，小火加热至可以
闻到香草香
加入杏仁碎，稍稍等一下，加入面包块拌匀
然后全部材料转到烤盘上
200F烤20分钟左右，这个时候面包块应该已经比较酥脆了。如果还是偏软的话适当增加
时间
然后取出烤盘，按照口味撒上Parmasan奶酪，盐和现磨的黑胡椒拌匀即可
沙拉叶子
紫色洋葱切丝，不用很多，能切多薄切多薄，放在碗里先用少少盐拌一下，这样吃的时
候就不会很明显地感觉咬上了一口洋葱，但是洋葱的味道都融到了菜里
彩色樱桃蕃茄切半，扔到同一个碗里
最后是叶子－－我比较喜欢使用spring mix，里面各种叶子都有，吃起来混合的味道和
口感很有意思

怀孕时的坐姿很重要，挺直腰，尽量坐硬木头椅子，就是坐硬椅子时，最好也只坐后半个屁屁在椅子上，前半个屁屁悬空在椅子外。这个坐姿是调整你子宫位置和胎位的好方法。
我整个孕期一直保持良好的坐姿，坐累了，走走或是躺下，基本没有做过很软的沙发，更没有一滩泥似的整个人深陷在沙发里，靠在沙发背上蜷着。
这种姿势，开始累,后面就很习惯了。从我个人经历看，效果非常非常好。

孕后期，真累啊，真累啊。左侧睡对胎位好，但大多数人（没准是所有的准妈妈们），无论什么体位，都已经是无法舒服入睡了。
