嗯，这货当年造的另外一个谣就是张维迎的牛津大学经济学研究生最佳论文奖。
他以为每年就一个人得，那一年UChicago的Robert Shimer得了，一通质疑发现其实是
老张跟shimer分享，而且老张当年是很牛逼的，4年念完硕士博士，据饶子和说在牛津
老张算是牛人，这个质疑给他加了不少分。
后来邹恒甫就蔫了下去，最近觉得攻击老张学术没戏了，改从下三路出手，结果泡沫
bust的更快。
其实看不惯老张的人很多，后来他就没能连任，这点比很多院长级别的差远了。当年王
阳元因为陈进造假的事儿也是灰眉土脸，但是老王跟杨芙清人缘都不错，又是黄昆的弟
子，根本没人真爆料整他。

编者注：在经济增速减缓的表面，暗潮已在涌动，尽管目前的货币政策还戴着“稳健”
的帽子，但实际上央行已经开始了像2008年那样的“适度从宽”。但多年的实践已经告
诉我们，投资拉动模式是一条走不通的路，说得严重一点，这是一条饮鸩止渴的路。在
最近一二十年里，中国经济保持了长期的高速增长，经济似乎表现得十分红火，特别是
ZF的财政收入连年创出新高，保证了“三公消费”也连创大手笔。这种ZF注入的投资对
拉动GDP的效果是显而易见的，最典型的是2008年面对全球金融危机，中国ZF推出的4万
亿投资大单使危机很快化为无形。但是，这种以ZF力量推动的投资却给经济的持续发展
带来了后患，银行为了保证投资的顺利开展，不断地向市场释放流动性，从而导致出现
