昨天spin太猛了,今天要歇口气拉伸一下,为明天的Diezel做准备。所以去上了yoga,
今天的课是hatha yoga,不累,做完以后觉得大腿舒散了很多。
-------- 饮食 --------
吃大概1700的样子。
今天晚上做了个大虾豆腐蒸鸡蛋,好吃又省心。用的是Trader Joe's的阿根廷大虾(
uncooked,frozen),这个虾吃起来有点龙虾的感觉。取8个大虾(4oz),3 oz豆腐块
,放在一个中等大小的碗里。另外拿个小碗将一个鸡蛋搅匀,加入1/2 cup的温水,加
点李锦记的蒸鱼豉油和少许盐,调味,然后倒在虾和豆腐上面,撒点葱花。蒸锅水烧开
以后就把碗放进去,蒸熟了就好了。
配菜是酸辣卷心菜:两片green cabbage的叶子切丝,用蒸鱼豉油 苹果醋和半勺辣椒油
拌一下,蒸两分钟就好了。

关于迪士尼:
1.奥兰多整个城市就是一景区,365天人满为患,作为游客,你可不要指望什么时候能
赶上淡季。所以奥兰多的交通自然拥堵,尤其在靠近几大景区的路段,车辆永远属于缓
行。再加上奥兰多天气多变,就连天气预报也一日几变,所以,到奥兰多旅游最大的期
望就是——不要下雨。一来各种乐园无法正常游玩,二来整个城市会因下雨变成停车场
。好在各种园子的门票不限制日期,建议见机行事,并且每天前往公园提早出发。住宿
的话,尽量住在奥兰多以西南,包括clermont 地区,既离景点近,也可以避开一些市
区堵车路段。如果是土豪,可以住在迪士尼酒店。
2.游玩迪士尼,要根据自己的行程和体力选择门票。如果有老有小,选择两天以上的门
票都是不明智的。要知道你在迪士尼的一天要花上N个小时在排队。迪士尼营业时间到
晚上11点,住迪士尼酒店还可以“加时赛”……门票也可以在四个主题乐园里面选择,
如果有余力,可以选择两天游玩两个园。不过为了节省体力,你可能会错过晚上9点或

约4亿2千万年前的志留系秀山组标准化石,此地层的标识性化石即三叶虫、直角石、及
腹足类动物化石等,在整个华南地区都有此类化石分布,但以秀山县最为典型,因此被
国家确定为志留系中统的标准地层剖面,其科学价值很高,旅游价值较大。

1. 两种cabbage, white and red
各切下一小块就够做一大盘了,白色要比红色多点。两个cabbage可以
做很多次。
如图切成很细的丝,大概就是火柴粗细吧。稍微粗些也不犯法了。
2. 炸豆腐一小块
把炸豆腐也切成细条。铅笔的四分之一左右,看个人喜好,有人喜欢
大点。有10来条就够了。
3. 一些红萝卜丝,很细的,细到软软的,泡在稀释的醋水里捞出,大
概就是一筷子夹出些就是了。
4. basil叶子,切几片,没有就算了。

5. 剩下的就是关键的调料了,这个是酸甜为主,带一点咸的酸甜汁。
大概比例我记不得了,下次可以补上。
做法是用一个小锅放水烧开,加上糖(M份),盐(N份),一点black pepper.
小滚煮上10多分钟。
然后倒进醋(X份)。开了就成了。醋不能放太早,否则挥发厉害。
其实味道和糖醋比例可以自己实验,不过我发现自己在家里做的
不如店里做的好吃。还没掌握好。
味道好了吃起来很爽。

日记,去学校和Canterbury House遇到各国熟人,第一句话也是“你昨天更新的那个什
么XXX看着好好吃啊,今天又做了什么好东西啊”。昨天在Boston的弟弟又追问最近有
没有什么新菜式,他想死湘菜了。(看来我的确是太久没有更新关于湘菜的美食日记了
哈,要自我检讨!)另外,昨天半夜就差一秒准备关电脑睡觉了,娇姐一条信息过来咨

90 and cesium. To protect the thyroid, which uses as lot of iodine,
saturating it with iodine may prevent some absorption, but after age 40 you
don't absorb it very well anyway. Having more than adequate calcium can help
protect the bones from absorbing the type which displaces calcium. That is

旁边放两个brocolli,基本就是做点缀用的。要么就是拿着一盘生菜像兔子一样嚼。
去美国超市,卖的素菜就是西红柿,lettuce, 黄瓜,蘑菇,brocolli, 有些地方有一
些nappa cabbage(就是中国的大白菜)。超市80%食品是罐头工业生产垃圾食品。
美国学校公司的食堂里,典型卖的就是:汉堡,made to order sandwich, pizza, pasta, salad bar. 你想吃蔬菜,要吗去salad bar当兔子,要么靠汉堡里夹着两片西红柿, lettuce. 这饮食结构正常吗?
