的前景。
中国人看房一般都看maple grove，minnetonka， shoreview这些suburban学区房，但
是我们没小孩所以买房最重要的就是投资属性。
看数据最近2年城里是涨得最凶的（11%去年）。
结合自己的感受，（现在住在uptown），lake calhoun这片感觉发展得似乎不错，商
铺兴旺，路人很多，而且还有很多在建的公寓。
不知道我的感觉是否有误，敢问local大神意见 |

college,northwest shoals community college, wallace state community colelge
, 据我所知这些学校都是不需要面试和waiting list的,我从calhoun毕业,班里一些同
学毕业后转其他州考的执照.只是这些学校的淘汰率也高,像calhoun每年秋季按GPA和
TEAS成绩收240ADN,最后毕业大概100左右吧.C和旁边的州大UAH合作,互相转学分容易,
很多学生都是先在C上ADN再走UAH2学期的RN-BSN,省好多学费.C的学费是UAH的1/3 |

这里每天都很异常。我，自然能体会到不同的势力在搏斗。当然，我不是很清楚这都是
什么势力。从本心来讲，我并不想卷入其中，我想，我的先生和孩子也不想卷入其中。
但显然，我们都身不由己。我不是FBI， 我的职责也不是去抓罪犯。若从法律的角度来
看，或许这不同的派系都违反了法律，当然，我心里最痛恨的还是每天用电磁波攻击我
，给我的食品里下药，给我扎针的那些人。
我，一般希望能从宏观上去讲，从大局来讲，来讲世界的局势，维护一种和平的局面。
具体到我们的小区，我们的城市，我并不愿意涉及其中。一是，我是这些势力之外的人
，我并不清楚他们的行为和操作。二是，我24小时被监视，计算机也是24小时被监视，
那么我一举一动，其实都在监视之下，我发布的信息都是公开的信息，那些对我敌对的
势力恐怕是第一个看见我的文章。三是，美国的现实让我有一些心灰意冷。在这里，我

约翰·卡尔霍恩当时想，如果把老鼠放在一个物欲横流，但空间有限的理想乐园里，最
终会出现什么结果？于是他将一个谷仓改建成这样一个乌托邦式的世界，里面无限供给
食物、水和筑窝材料，也没有天敌，唯一的限制就是这个有限的空间。然后他将4只老
鼠像亚当和夏娃那样放入了这个“伊甸园”里

20世纪六十年代，美国生态学家John B. Calhoun进行了一场名为Mouse Utopia
Experiment（“老鼠世界”又译为“老鼠乌托邦”）的实验。
他将4公4母总计4对白鼠放在一个由谷仓改建的实验场地中，这个小世界是一个边长为2
.7米，高1.4米的的方形金属栅栏围成的空间，每一边各有四条垂直的，铁丝网做成的
隧道，每个隧道都通往一些老鼠巢穴。
实验的小世界中，巢穴可以容纳3840只老鼠，食物可以供应9500只老鼠，水能供应6144

我是从
calhount st向上开，快到路口时有一个yield，我一般看到yield都是减速看同向并排
的路上有没有车，看了一眼没有，于是就过了，刚开过路口才发现，有车从lincoln
highway向下开，吓了一下，心想lincolnhighway向下方向应该有个stop把。 回家
google一下， 居然没有！！这样从lincoln highway向下开到MLK jr blvd的车和从
calhoun st 向上开的岂不是都很危险。 现在这样至少你也得在calhoun st放个stop阿
。 大家过yield是第一反应都是看双向的车吗？我是第一次遇到这样的路口， 不知我
的问题是不是很弱，大家轻拍哈。 |

日结束。我10月初回国(永久)。所以想把10月和11月的lease sublease出去。。是个
studio。挺大的。location极佳。跑到calhoun只要2分钟。我可以把我所有的家具送给
你。包括一个ikea的床和床垫，用过一年，一个书桌加书架，TV stand，几个椅子，微
波炉，都是我去年买的。
lease是705，你所以需要付的只是两个月的房租，如果两个月后你不想住了，你只需要
帮我略打扫，我挺爱干净的，所以apt还是跟新的一样。。不要让我deposit扣很多就可
以，（有600）， 如果你想继续住下去，你还可以得到250的referral fee.

Rt 1 bridge is free from pa to nj, but has toll from nj to pa.
I normally take Calhoun bridge :)
BTW, Yardley is better than Morrisville. And don't choose any place walking
distance to those bridges either, Trenton people can walk across. That's why
Yardley is a lot nicer, safer and still close to the train stations if you
drive |

昨天遛弯的时候在北岸看见一条疑似musky的冲上案的尸体，估计得有30’+
所以calhoun肯定还是不错的
我也刚到MSP，人生地不熟啊，慢慢探索吧，我天天就盯着lake finder看 |
