址吗？据说 OPT 的 Receipt Notice（Form I797）上能找到。但我搬家时不小心把
receipt 弄丢了。。

southern northern是后边跟着的那个地名里的北部，南部

烦.虽然有印度人写的英文流程,但是仍然不够详细.在办理的过程中,经常发现各种问题,不知道
怎么去办,这里写个详细流程,希望能对后来者有点帮助.欢迎过来人修正和交流.首先需要去加
州的Medical board的网站,下载Instruction和Form. 这个是一起的,网址是 www.mbc.ca.gov.
点Applicants,然后点左边International Medical Graduates,就会出现一个PDF文件,直接连接
是http://www.mbc.ca.gov/applicant/application_international.pdf .
这个就是大名鼎鼎的California Letter了,现在的名字叫做PTAL.
表格一共是L1-L6,其实我们需要填写的只是L1和L2,L5,其他都不需要的,直接跳过.
需要准备一个2x2inch或者2x3inch的护照照片,需要用.
L1A-L1E都是很简单的东西,直接填好.照片用胶水贴在L1E上.
