这个OFFER又等不了这么久，如果不能2周工作就收回。
请问大家去QUALCOMM工作的当时都申请了这个EXPORT LICENSE么？

世界工厂，他们只是打工者，他们只是按照各种雇主提供的配方来生产，他们并不知道
他们会产生怎样的后果。或者这些工人知道后果，但他们只是奴隶，他们又如何去改变
这一切？ 所以，当我的调查不断往前推进的时候，不可避免地会涉及各国的企业，但
这并不表明是针对这个国家或这个国家的人民，而是针对一种社会现实和丑陋现象。就
拿菲律宾来说，菲律宾是一个犯罪猖獗的国家，有很多犯罪分子，但是菲律宾人民却是

那个时候出国还不像现在这么普遍。不过我们学校算是北京比较好的一所学校（其实可
以说是最好的一所中学，至今也是），有很多官二代、富二代什么的（现在更是如此）
。我最后一天上学，和同学们道别，有几个同学说他们也要准备出国了，有的是去加拿
大，有的是澳大利亚，etc。[在去年北京晚报刊登的统计北京地区中学的各有多少名学
生被清华北大那些名校录取的文章里，四中、八中、师大二附中什么的都排在我那所学
校的前面。我们学校的那一栏写的是 “北京XXX实验中学： * （编者注：因出国留学
人数太多，无法统计）”]
书归正传。我们到美国最开始是在Miami落脚，因为我的亲戚在那里经营一个码头（包
含了一个给游艇加柴油的加油站，一个Texaco的汽车加油站，一个便利店以及其他一些

发帖数: 370 | 37 搭乘九月三十日清晨国泰航空的飞机前往胡志明市（Ho Chi Minh），在那里转机去柬埔
寨(Cambodia)首都金边（Phnom Penh）。抵达胡志明市降落前，空服提醒机场范围禁止
拍照。很是纳闷，大小也算是到过不少机场了，从来没听说过这种规定。初出机舱门，
就见到机场内排成一排的半圆柱形掩体，估计是国防工事，也许这就是禁止拍照的原因
吧。
胡志明机场很简陋（我给每个到过的机场一个ranking，这次旅行，贵阳龙洞堡机场排名
飙升三位，从倒数第一排到了倒数第四。You know why?），国际转机厅的天花板略显破
旧，免税商店装修简陋，商品品种很少，价格偏高（比香港机场店），首饰柜台的射灯
也要等客人走近才打开，红绿宝石镶嵌的珠宝是一贯的东南亚风格，颜色搭配跳跃，做
工粗糙。旅游纪念品在中国的各个旅游点都可以见到，除了越南传统旗袍裙。越来越难
以看到一见倾心的手信。
转机的三个小时甚是无趣，张望，起身，坐下，张望，起身，坐下，候机室的每个人都

看了这里一个转帖说一个中国人不敢指认抢劫他的罪犯.
我就想起当初我说的加州没人敢惹越南人和柬埔寨人.因为他们很团结,而且敢和你拼命.
当时贴里面还有人不相信. 现在证据来了:
TRG,柬埔寨人当初为了保护柬埔寨妇女在CA建立的gang,现在是美国最大的asian gang.
华人三合会竟然排不上啊.
BTK, 越南人在NY建立的gang,当初铁腕血腥统治China town.华人跟人家比比,真是令人
失望.

发帖数: 486 | 48 前两天拿到QUALCOMM口头OFFER （12个月CONTRACT，然后转PERM)，希望我6月中去工作。
今天得到一个不好消息，说我中国护照必须办一个Export License 才能去QUALCOMM工
作。
但我有EAD (L2 VISA）有效到2012年8月，以为可以为any emmployer工作。
但是他们说除了美国护照和绿卡的都还是要有export license,办下来要45天。
这个OFFER又等不了这么久，如果不能2周工作就收回。
请问大家去QUALCOMM工作的当时都申请了这个EXPORT LICENSE么？
有没有什么方法允许我去工作？加急申请H1B还是有什么方法?
