据SEC指控，彼得森和上海永业集团前董事长保持着私人关系和秘密商业往来。SEC

尽管经历了紧张的72小时谈判，Canada Post(加拿大邮政)与加拿大邮政工人工会(Canadian Union of Postal Workers，简称CUPW)仍然无法达成共识，双方之间的谈判突然叫停。双方在雇员利益、客户利益和公司利益等方面已经尽力。
