发帖数: 5892 | 2 昨日(周二)，本国智囊机构菲沙研究所(Fraser Institute)在一份新公布的报告中表示，本国每年为新移民花费230亿元，给纳税人造成沉重的财政负担。该机构还建议联邦政府出台更“实用”的政策，改革挑选移民的方法。该报告刚刚发表，立刻引起了很多团体的强烈反对，更被痛斥为肤浅、偏激的观点。
报告：政府每年给新移民倒贴6000元
这份长达62页的报告名为“2011年移民与加拿大福利状况”(Immigration and the Canadian Welfare State 2011)，是菲沙研究所根据2006年的人口普查数据，以及1987年至2004年新移民平均收入和纳税数据而做的统计和研究。(点击下载报告全文pdf文件)
报告指出，近年来加国的新移民平均薪水是其他加拿大人的72%，但是他们所缴的所得税仅为后者的一半。可是，新移民却和其他人一样享受政府的服务和补助，丝毫没有由于收入少而降低。

变成了全微分（multiplier就是1/T)，但是当里面的物质可以转化时，自由元个数超过了
3个，在也没有办法通过引入multiplier化为全微分了。所以作出恒温and/or恒压过程而
定义的状态量。比起熵，能量，自由能就抽象多了。

随风飘荡，也就是Blowin' in the Wind是Bob Dylan写的一首很有名的歌。据他自己说
，他是在1962年花了大概10分钟的时间写成的。最早的时候，Dylan的歌词有两个版本
，最早的版本是他第一次公开演唱（在纽约的Gerde's Folk City）这首歌时用的，然
后就在他的歌迷中流传。后来他有加进来现在常见的版本中的第二段。有些出版商印出
来的顺序把第二段和第三段颠倒了，这是因为他当初加入第二段的时候只是简单地在手

类放到网上的讨论可以给人以智慧。
1 先说回国，这要分为几个点
1) 在国内流行话到嘴边留半句。某些人在国内家里就关系+资金雄厚，这类人回国后，
很多混得如日中天，不论他们平时炫耀起来，几乎都是说自己的奋斗经验，绝不流露任
何半句“我爸是李刚”的背景。不熟的人猛然听过去，还真以为中国大陆遍地黄金了。
2) 真的在国内自己奋斗的，总工作可能为非以下几种， 国企，事业单位，公务员，民
营，外企，最后个人创业。至于上面几种之间，那个最合适自己。这个可以出若干本书
来解释，更是考验个人社会经验的时候。具体细节今天就不说了吧，总之个人目前看到
靠自己的都是比较难的
3) 生活的诸多不便，冬天雾霾，夏天暴雨，燥热，积水。食品安全，地沟油，物价暴
涨。北上广的Wohnung房价比日本东京的房子都贵。最要命是自我网络封锁，百毒的搜

加拿大外交部长坎农(Lawrence Cannon)5月9日前往中国进行为期四天的正式访问。坎
农在北京与中国外交部长杨洁篪会晤，商讨广泛问题，并接受中国国家副主席习近平的
高规格接待。坎农在北京表示，加方将寻求与中国建立“坦诚、友好和前瞻性”的关系
。在离开中国前坎农表示中国的人权已经有了改善，加方将会继续关注中国，但会以朋
友的方式。坎农和加国际贸易部长戴国卫相继访华被舆论视为哈珀保守党政府正为改善
加中关系做着积极的努力。
中国外交部长杨洁篪5月11日在北京会晤坎农，杨洁篪再次提起，北京邀请总理哈
珀访问中国。5月12日适逢四川地震1周年，坎农向中国死难者致哀。他说两国建交快有
40年，这是凸显加中关系的大好机会。

今天早上随意walked in 的，本来也没有希望能给我做手印，就是去碰碰运气。
结果他们态度真的非常好。5分钟就搞定，当时大妈拉着我的手很紧张，她反而安慰我
不要紧张，让我情何以堪。
不过他们家的相机太差了，就一Cannon最低级的单反，估计照出的效果不怎么样。
感觉奇怪的是中国的缩写'CODE不知什么时候变成RC了，以前都是CN的。
最后让我给他们survey review. 全部选项都填了Excellent.
跟CA DMV比，DMV简直差的令人发指。 |

As a Zimbabwean, I hate the Chinese with a passion. They have taught our
government a lot of cruelty. They have supplied weapons which are not army
standard issue, knowing they would be used by civilians to kill civilians.
They are the most evil nation on earth, and are worse than Israel which is
in my bad books for selling water cannons to Zimbabwe knowing what they
would be used for. |

Cannon class destroyer哪来的其他大型驱逐舰？
菲律宾海军至今没有任何舰艇装备反舰导弹，若中方有5艘战舰被创，那么这指挥官真
是低能智障至极！ |
