1. Montego Bay
直接打车去海滩Doctors Cave，车程不堵车的话15分钟以内。
费用：打车（其实更像中巴）$7/人；海滩进门费：$6/人（小孩$3）；租一张椅子$6；
一把伞$6；救生衣$5。
海滩挺美，不过也有些陡，我家娃这种胆小的小小孩就不敢下海游泳了，不过玩沙也玩
得挺开心。
尤其需要注意的是，打车需要小心安全，我们第二天听说有人打车被持枪抢劫了。。。
也不知道真假。
2. Grand Cayman
很遗憾，由于风浪太大，我们没有停靠。
原计划是上岸后自己去参加Captain Marvins的Two-Stop Stingray/Snorkel Tours。

西班牙语、意大利语、葡萄牙语、法语势力非常强势，从1995年到2011产生的世界足球
先生你就可以看出拉丁语系的强势地位，目前世界上最牛逼的一群球员 C罗 梅西 伊涅
斯塔 哈维 卡卡 内马尔 皮尔洛 内斯塔 ...他们交流起来都非常容易，西班牙语葡萄
牙语意大利语都是从通俗拉丁语演变而来，在词法、句法上雷同度很高。也就是说一个
西班牙人 一个葡萄牙人 一个意大利人在一起各自用自己母语聊天，80%他们的交流没
有问题，基本能猜出来是什么意思。除了法语，这个属于变异化的拉丁语。
由于英语媒体的强势，外加国内不少球迷对拉丁语系缺乏太多了解，所以对很多球

毫无还手之力，任人鱼肉。。。 打完3.0 League后，就加入了一个combo 7.5 team.
那是第一次跟4.0的人接触。3.5我都搞不定，4.0的简直连想都不敢想，只能膜拜...
其中team里有个年轻的，原先是打4.5的，但由于受过伤，没有象以前那样喜欢
competitive了，只是在4.0里面混个轻松而已，黝黑的皮肤，十分athletic的身材，就
象joker一样，而且敏捷的footwork,pro一样的form,简直把我迷倒了~~ 更重要的为人
十分humble,非常不厌其烦地教导我们这些菜鸟。。。 从那时候他就成为了我的偶像。
combo后我都没有跟他打过球了，不过都是在local的，所以不时也在球场上碰面打个招
呼。我默默地要自己发奋，能够日后可以和偶像正式打一场。。。我之所以要减肥，健
身，其中一个原因也是想练成偶像一样的身材。。。

发帖数: 10373 | 17 今天USTA League，两个team都没输过，而且我的team还是每场都是5-0直落赢得，一个
set都没丢过。不过我知道今天这对手很强，不要说set了，我们极有可能迎来第一场的
失利。
我打#2 singles。第二轮才开始。我看到对方有个家伙在旁边观战，兴奋得很大喊大叫
。而且还自己绕着park跑起步来，跑完后又狂喝红牛。我开打时，第一二double都输了
，而#1 singles在打第三个set。结果那兴奋的家伙就是我的对手。
风十分十分大，根本就发不了球，ground strokes也十分杯具，明明看着球在空中飞出
去一大截了，就硬生生给吹回来，而明明在场内的就活活给吹出去。。。我简直是毫无
手感，第一个set 3-6.对方在对面真是活蹦乱跳，每赢一分就对着自己场外队友又举手
又划脚的。这时，我还没有太在意他的行径。第一个set后期，我看到我方的#1
singles抽筋了，弄了有一段时间才勉强站起来。后来我就没太注意，以为#1 singles
应该是输了，这样总分已经0-3,我这场就无关紧要。
所以从第二个set开始，我已经不管风有多大，开始狂拍，只想赶快输掉走人，这风根

but it sure helps a great deal with young enforcers like Bill and his team-
mates on our team. this year is the first year I did not have to play every
match and did not end up cramping.
we did also lost a few good players this year, Bill's co-captain,(tennis
elbow) Ding,(travelling to China) Kim(relocated to Denver).
other than the ones you mentioned here, the rest of players are 3.0 -3.5.

当WTT的captain很有意思，类似戴维斯杯的captain，可以on court coaching，每分之
间。
local比赛的时候有些对方队员抗议偶总说话，被告知是规则允许，然后就无话可说了
。还有一场对方队员强烈要求她们的captain向偶学习，也到场边指导+助威。对方队长
是个烙印老头，只好很不情愿的跑到场边象征性的喊两嗓子。。。
还有一场女单，对手是个亚裔大姐，偶们大胜。比赛完了对手跑过来跟偶们说：非常悲
剧，她听得懂中文，觉得偶把她的弱点和对策都说出来了，然后她就不知道该怎么打了
还有一场，偶们队一个从来没打过3.5的3.0女pusher（瘦小国女），对对方威猛老美3.
5，开始被打的无招架之力，球都回不过发球线。偶后来让她用全身的力气使劲往高了
远了端，然后尽量给对方正手，让对方发力抽，让她失误；再时不时有意无意弄几个短
的，让对方进场，然后再lob。结果居然赢了。。。 |

captains. LC can't do anything more than that. And it all depends upn
whether there is any captain want to take new player. So the best way is to
make friends with some captains and then tell them that you are willing to
sub if there is any open slot and you don't care about # of games to play.

好素材和证据。
ＮＮＤ，老了，爱忘事了，要不是这“有心人”提供这资料和素材，我还真一直纳闷那
狐狸尾巴从何时甩起的？加拿大得小猪为何在俺到加拿大时要翻酸不断地什么“你老刀
全加第一”之类得磕一个头放三个Ｐ的明着烧香其实拆庙得缘由和起因了。也难得看到
地域帮得色彩斑斓。不过，还是要指出，人品上，洪水确实比其他几个高一个级别。另
外，兔子妹妹也确实是爽快的好人啊。。。。。。。ZAN!
也奇怪，有人还拿这来当俺得罪状证据，其实，这里面尽情显示了一帮假谦虚真心牛Ｘ
得人得不同形象。很生动，有写头。难得的历史素材资料。

0.0 若假期允许，尽量不要在圣诞、新年期间去夏威夷，这是最贵的时候，机票、酒店
、租车都贵得要命，避过这个高峰期，所有价钱都能降下来。就住宿、租车而言，大岛
比瓦胡岛(Waikiki, Oahu)便宜不少。
还有一个原因是，圣诞节、新年、或周日，很多景点是不开放的。
0.1 在做旅游计划前，买一本蓝宝书 - 又实用又好用，几乎涵盖了所有需要的信息。
旅游的时候每天带在包里或车上，随时查阅。
我们买了两本 - Oahu一本，Big Island一本。Amazon上有，十几块一本。

我们离开panama城，横穿panama国去北边的克隆。 中学是学地理的时候学到科隆是中
美最大的海港，所以慕名去了， 顺道还去了Portobello， 那里有一个炮台，一个绑着
黑人耶稣像的教堂， 教堂门口被绑着铁链的猴子， 和栖息在住家门口雕塑般的活生生
的大鹦鹉。 科隆和panama城比起来还要破， 那里的租车公司只提供panama城的地图，
我们那时才明白， panama城的地图是panama整个国家唯一的地图。 科隆有一个很大
的批发市场， 免税的， 但是我们没有买到什么好东西。 来回3个小时的车程, 我们几
乎没有看到什么高楼， 非沿海的地区只零零落落的有几个村庄，大部份地区是荒无人
烟的。
说了这么多最后提提我们觉得不错的tour吧。我们定了一个panama 运河上的advanture
.参加的多是teenager. Captain精通英语和西班牙语，好像和政府还有点关系，因为当
时由于发大水，我们开船的港口封了，captain一个电话过去， 就放行了。 这个tour

大约半年前，看过一本关于二战期间美军对于德国空袭的书，《To Kingdom Come: an
epic saga of survival in the air war over Germany》。读完了以后，很久都想写

turn income into long term captain gain.说来可笑的是，美国宪法直到现在都没有
找到对工资征税的条文。事实上美国建国开始由税收是建立在captain gain上的，而不

发帖数: 9790 | 46 在夏威夷旅游，浮潜自然少不了，大岛上也不例外。我们头一天下午去Captain Cook
Monument踩了踩点，纯朴的当地租船人建议我们第二天早上再来，因为早上风浪小海水
平静，对于泛舟浮潜都比较理想。所以今天一大早我们便赶到了租船的码头。去
Captain Cook Monument只有两种方式，水路划船去，或是一条很野的山路，我们选择
了前者体验一下水上活动。网上都说船要在别处租好，用车拉过去下水。事实上根本无
需这么麻烦，当地人在码头就摆放着kayak供游人租用。kayak, safefy vest，和dry
bag一应俱全。两人的kayak，全天只需50刀，价格真没什么好罗嗦的。
听过简单的kayak教学，我们便上路了
kayak没有看起来那么容易handle，两个人步调不协调，总是左偏右偏，练习了好一阵
子才上道。
Monument是为了纪念十七世纪的James Cook船长。正是此人，在西方历史上第一次发现
了夏威夷群岛。搞笑的是，他一开始被土著当作回归的神灵奉为上宾，败露后又被土著
杀死在纪念碑这个地方。
