Squid with caramelized onion：
原料：squid一只（about 300g），1/4 cup olive oil，2tbsp dry white wine，1
garlic clove 拍扁，1 medium sized onion thinly sliced，some chopped parsley
做法：
1，中火，热油，把蒜放下去煎黄，下洋葱，煎到light brown，转小火，煎大概20分钟
吧，到洋葱完全caramelized，把洋葱拿出来，留底油。
2，油里加盐，转大火，放squid炒
3，把洋葱放进去炒，下酒，稍微saute一下
4，加盐调味，撒parsley，出锅

原料：1/4 cup olive oil, 1 pound shrimp(我用了2/3 虾加一些扇贝，扇贝比虾味道

确定无法通过的是：Assorted, Hazelnut, Dark, Extra Dark, White, Stracciatella
