信用卡公司以该发货行为没有物理地址（physical address）为由，扣回了100刀的付

正好现在有点时间，和你详细说下吧
不能直接刷信用卡，都是间接的。money order的话，你需要找个地方用信用卡买visa
gift card（本质
上是debit card）。然后沃尔玛和一些grocery store卖money order，支持debit card
，手续费很低。
这样你用设好pin的visa gift card当作debit card就买成money order了。
serve和bluebird都是AMEX的prepaid card product。两者只能拥有其一，不能同时拥
有。二者功能类
似，但有些区别。而且二者的feature也经常变动，像以前的serve功能比较弱，但现在
就很强。
以前的时候，无论serve还是bluebird，往里加钱都不能直接用信用卡。大家都是用信
