对中国儿童做转基因大米试验的罪犯找到了！批准这个试验的是浙江省医学科
学院伦理委员会，参与这个试验的是：美国波士顿Tufts大学、中国湖南省疾控中心、
中国国家食品安全和营养研究所和中国浙江医学科学院以及另外两家美国机构。
文章披露：为了进行这个研究，所有儿童吃的转基因大米和菠菜都是用重水（D20
）浇灌的，重水在尖端技术上是宝贵的资源，但对人却是有害的．人是不能饮用重水的
，微生物、鱼类在纯重水或含重水较多(超过80%)的水中，只要数小时就会死亡．为了
进行转基因大米的试验，直接将重水浇灌的有同位素标记的转基因大米给儿童吃，而且
长达35天，每天中午均吃，这样的研究确实应该向试验对象说明全面的潜在危害，特别
是重水的危害。对于生长期的儿童更应该考虑重水可能对儿童生长的影响。毕竟，儿童
不是核反应堆，是不应该使用核减速剂的。

位从事农业科技研究的科学工作者，一个还在从事维生素A生物强化相关研究的
科学家，我觉得有必要说说什么是真相。
维生素A缺乏会导致什么严重后果？
维生素A缺乏（简称VAD）是一种慢性疾病，症状轻会导致眼部干燥，症状严
重会导致失明甚至死亡。我小的时候，傍晚看书时会感觉眼睛模糊，老人说这是
“鸡眼”，意思是鸡要回家进笼了，要把眼睛给他们看路，所以小孩子不能在这
个时候看书。其实这是维生素缺乏导致的夜盲症的一种表现。VAD是一种全球性
的问题，根据WHO的调查，全球目前已有78个国家被确认有维生素A缺乏的公共卫
生问题，全球约有四分之一的学龄儿童（1.27亿）存在维生素A缺乏的问题，每
年全球有超过25万少年儿童为此失明（1）。2002年中国居民营养与健康状况调

fed to adults in USA and a small group of children in China have been
conducted. The former were highly successful and the latter are being
evaluated at present.

容易吸收罢了……哪里有“营养全浪费了”的说法。
维生素a在许多动物性食物中均大量存在，只要不忌荤食，一般不会有太大的缺乏。（
更何况多数生活健康的人会每天选择使用supplement来补充维生素）
如果单单为了补充维生素a而去使用大量油脂烹调胡萝卜，则失去了其作为相对低热量
的纤维补充物的功能。 |

胡萝卜素是carotene， 肤色是由melanin决定的，完全两种化学物质。
胡萝卜素用于养鸡加在饲料里，可以让鸡蛋壳长成让人喜欢的黄色，鸡皮也是黄澄澄的

control diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol,
high intake of fruits and veges,
high fiber diet(like cereal),
vit E, C, beta carotene are contraversial in primary prevention,
small alcohol might be good, but risk of cancer is a little increased,
fish/fish oil with high omega 3 content,
exercise,
and
aspirin a day, |

下美国国家眼研究所推荐的治疗方法：每天服用500 milligrams of vitamin C, 400
International Units of vitamin E, 15 milligrams of beta-carotene (often
labeled as equivalent to 25,000 International Units of vitamin A), 80
milligrams of zinc as zinc oxide, and two milligrams of copper as cupric
oxide.

里面的beta carotene 含也过多， 不如美国的很多杂牌子。 |

写。这种是安全的。
不好的vitamin A是preformed vitamin A, 这种主要出现在肝脏这种食物里，据说有的
化妆品尤其防衰老那种也有。
水果蔬菜里的vitamin A也比较安全。 |
