知道这是carpal tunnel，建议的方法是resting 或者splints. 给ob提过，说用电脑的
话可以去cvs一类的买个垫子，把手腕垫的高些。 这些我都没做。觉得没什么用吧。你
也可以试试。哎，挺痛苦的，手腕像残废了似的，有些动作轻轻做还好，一些动作做一
下痛死人。坚持吧，生完就好了 |

the better I slept the night before, the rigider joints were.
my carpal tunnel was induced by pregnancy and delivery. it got healed when
baby was about 8-9 months by itself, no treatment at all, but I did pay
attention not to use my wrist too much.

，其区别是脑是“县官”，脊髓是“现管”，这个你听过吧？一般情况下，脊髓会第一
时间让外周神经兴奋，但同时间，脊髓向脑传递信息，打电话说：”我先叫它兴奋着，
您还有什么指示？”，大多数情况下，脑会给脊髓打回电话，一般情况下说：“no，no
兴奋”，这样脊髓就听脑的，不再要求神经兴奋。
你最怕的中风，脑出血，是脑的问题，如果脑出了问题，一般是脊髓的兴奋指示占上风
（早期），所以肌电图上面可以看到是脑的问题：县官死了；
如果是脊髓里面出了问题，由于现管死了，县官说什么都没戏，表现为肌肉自行其是，
肌电图上也可以看到；
如果是现管～神经末梢出了问题，例如腕管综合征，肌电图可以看到县官和现管都拼命
打电话，但不好意思，电话线断了（外周神经卡压），肌肉不知道该听谁的，或者随便
个什么细胞就想兴奋一下，类似于猴子成大王的意思。
这个肌电图检查，还有神经传导检查，就像万用表查家里哪里电线断了一样，可以发现
到底是哪一级出现的毛病。知道以后，可以对因治疗。carpal tunnel的诊断，

我试过几次晚上手臂给麻醒，后来把每天吃的钙片改为睡觉前吃，之后好像就好很多了
除了维生素，我还要额外吃钙片和铁片 |

该是22000左右，比honda accord lx 便宜(至少没找到~otd 23000以下的accord）.最
近看了下新的2016 civic, 性能方面不错，外形也好看很多，内饰虽然不及camry，但
是毕竟是compact size的，唯一的问题就是价格，honda的dealer 本来就比toyota的难
讲价，加上civic新上市价格肯定高 ，基本上没有dealer肯offer otd 21000 for 2016
civic ex model...表面数据上看camry当然比civic好些，但是camry的技术也太老了
，civic有新engine，不错的cvt还有搭载apply carpal之类的新技术，貌似camry就只
剩等级的优势了...可是看来看去camry 实际上比他原本的竞争对手accord要差很多，
介于civic和accord中间，想知道对于家庭用车来说，camry适合还是civic？ 是不是

苹果导航虽然没有google做的好，但秒杀车载还是没商量的。不光是导航质量本身，光
简单的输入地址一条就能把车载秒到沟里。等你车载输入完毕，我已经开到了。
我一般都是直接用hey siri语音命令，手都不用动了，当然要用siri英语发音得很标准

mine, start to feel nothing at about 8-10 months.
now it's 13 month, no pain, but wrists are still weak.
can't hold too much weight, can't do weight training in gym. :)

脑。最后就是就天天戴俩tennis wristbend，睡觉的时候也戴，感觉上稍微好一点点。

重，所以肚子还没有呢。医生说是Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, 也没什么好办法。如果你
手麻的话可以买个Splint睡时带，腿麻的话我也没办法，就是醒了让老公揉，然后起来
溜圈，会有些帮助。
我现在生完三个多礼拜，右手左腿照麻，喂奶的时候右手举着奶瓶很快就没知觉了。我
打算出了月子去做针灸。如果现在你受不了的话，不如找个中医做针灸试试，好像西医
真是没什么办法。 |

原因1是激素，2是抱孩子太多累的。
喂奶大家都后背疼。：） 我也疼。刚才还和LG就沙发和喂奶姿势的问题郁闷来着。
我想扔掉沙发腾地方给CRIB，他说沙发扔掉了，你又该抱怨喂奶后背疼了。。。
我是打算尽可能的躺着喂奶的，如果孩子不抱怨的话。如果必须坐着喂奶，那估计
后背疼是难免的了
也不知道是喂奶还是抱娃抱的，背疼得很，感觉做瑜伽会管用，可是现在做起来不像生
孩子之前了，腰板硬的很。试过用my breast friend，不是很合适，半夜起来喂娃还要
专门套，很麻烦，而且娃吃奶的位置是躺着，容易吐奶。我家的摇椅是老式的，放胳膊
的地方没有form，怕娃撞脑袋，所以很少用。
手腕从出月子就开始疼了，大拇指头下面轻轻一动就疼得要命。。。

大概8-9个月的时候彻底不疼了。之前要小心尽量少用力，少弯手腕。
可能的话买个SPLINT。我两边都买了。花了30刀一共。
手关节内侧骨头多出一块尖尖的，疼（大约就在大拇指的延长线上）
不知道应该怎么治疗啊？ 刚生完宝不久呢，哎 |
