这个臭名昭著的犯罪集团头目曾两次在墨西哥成功越狱，一次是借助一个洗衣篮，最近
一次则是通过牢房内的一条地道。
他的律师表示，他的配偶探访被拒绝，并且大部分时间被单独囚禁。
投诉在布鲁克林联邦法院一场古兹曼的听证会上申报，而对于他在数十年间经营世界最
大规模贩毒组织的控罪，他也已经表示否认。
古兹曼面临的最高刑罚是终身监禁。
