今早听广播听来的，说是11月8号选举日加州还要投票决定是否实现大麻合法化，即
Proposition 64：投Yes的合法，投NO的反对合法化。目前全国已有四个州和DC实现大
麻合法化，加州目前只是药用大麻合法。广播里谈到的了一些重要信息：
1. 大麻合法化提案的初衷是基于：过去虽然在加州娱乐大麻不合法，但是照旧被滥用
，所以不如干脆合法化，如此一来该嗑的继续嗑药，还可以名正言顺的对销售和种植大
麻课税。（大致意思）
2. 该提案得到加州民主党和副州长纽森支持，另外还有加州大麻工业联盟。反对者包
括加州共和党，加州高速巡警联盟等。
3. 提案将学校附近禁售大麻的最短距离降至了600英尺（以前有过没通过的提案提的好
像是1000英尺）

原作者很明显在试图误导中国和中国人。
文章说道好像OPEC的Oil Cartel是错误一样，
而实际情况根本不是如此,OPEC是明智正确的。
如果当年OPEC没有突然一夜数倍的石油涨价，
今天的中东石油出产国不但贫困，
连油都被抽干了，还有什么前途？
正是因为石油的价格一夜升值了许多倍，
并且产量大幅度减少，中东从此富裕了。
并且这富裕状况还因为减产能多延长了几代人。
今天中国人盲目强调市场份额已经走火入魔了。
没利润的亏本生意，份额再大有个屁用？
无偿的奴隶工作，永远有奴主会给，但有利吗？

如果你真正了解金融和墙街，
你就知道价格早已是墙街人为控制了的。
会如何变化，完全看墙街的对手。
举例：
如果你是TG，你买或卖，墙街是清楚的。
现假设TG运气好，正确的抓了底，买进。

如何对付这种恶劣情况？
1。提高预测技术；

他们叫Dick。上次我买AR碰到的就是这样的魂淡，让我填完申请表，听说我是外国人，
直接就满脸警惕，告诉说他们不卖。我说我有Hunting license，那也不行，连打电话
都不肯打。我说那好，你把表给我，我不买了。他们丫不给，说要留底。
正好那次碰到我们local两个我认识的gun smith，跟他们说了之后让我去找警察。正好
那会儿我看到边上有ATF的桌子，就过去跟他们聊。说了这事以后，ATF的两个Agent也
觉得很sorry，但说他们也没办法，因为FFL有权hold比他们的要求更严格的标准。不过
其中一个让我等一下，不一会就回来说他找了另一家有DDAR的，还带我过去说，让FFL
有问题就回来找他们。
人和人真的差别很大。
