的今日关注节目，GFW之父方滨兴和清华五毛教授孙哲被请来谈谷歌问题。这次

谷歌事件的核心自然就是互联网审查，有关方面一直宣称，互联网审查所有
国家都有。但这次方滨兴提出了一个新的材料来论证：谷歌自己就在十分积极的
进行互联网审查，还说的十分具体，这个审查是通过一个叫做“chilling
effects”的计划实行的。从视频的9：05开始是方滨兴关于此事的说法（方指方
滨兴，主指主持人）：

1938年初，美国方面破译了日本外务大臣广田弘毅 1938年1月17日给日本驻美机构的绝

今天，我非常震惊地发现，1946年《远东国际军事法庭判决书》（International
Military Tribunal for the Far East Judgment）网上居然有英语全文，那可是1500
页的文件啊。
我从不知道，这么重要的第二次世界大战的文件，网上居然可以轻易找到！国内媒体好
像从来没有宣传过这件事。我查了国家图书馆的数据库，发现这个文件很可能没有出版
过中译本。我不知道台湾是否出过中译本，当年南京政府应该有中文版的。
我对这个事情很不理解。
这是第一手的历史原件，历史价值就不用说了，对于爱国主义教育和揭露日本军国主义
的罪行，都有巨大的价值。可是，为什么大家都不知道呢？这是公共领域的材料，没有

作为一个长期坐飞机的国际老混子，距离达到一个地月来回的人，应该有必要来研究一
下这个事情。
结论：消失地点应该在 N：8度0分 E: 103度30分
论证：先看第一副截图
如 果这个人所说属实，那么基本上只要找着两条航线的交叉点就行了，这就是精确定
位。因为大家要注意，只有航班在我国境内由于空中管制很厉害，都必须走航道， 在
大多数国家和地区都是可以走测地线的，我们不妨假定都走了测地线。而一般要到接近
目的地机场才会偏离测地线选择盘旋降落，反之起飞也是一样。所以在离开 起飞或者
降落机场有段距离时一般飞机就在目标机场和出发机场所连接的测地线上

也许毫无影响。春秋时期中华对周边的文化优越感已经形成。类似于商人入夏、周人入
商这样国与国之间“平等”的入侵和融合很难再出现。
也许会有影响。毕竟古希腊哲人辈出，不是蛮戎狄夷能够比拟。但可能最终不重要 -- 反正到了后来要“独尊儒术”，无非相当于多了几个墨子。
如果孔夫子在有生之年有机会周游列国去古希腊，他回来会怎么说呢？

will pay $25 million to settle complaints that it levied unauthorized data
fees on 15 million customers over the last three years, the Federal
Communication Commission announced Thursday.

发帖数: 18578 | 48 虽然反政府军更烂，但是就卡扎菲的军队这两个星期表现出来的战斗力，中国一个甲等作战部队的整编师，如果保障后勤，一个星期推过去就把丫给抓回北京公审了。
列强要是想干涉的话，一个整编的正规师就拿下了，列强真是玩政治高手呀，先让那些穆斯林激进分子主动进攻Tripoli，被灭了以后，然后剩下的是打酱油的亲西方派势力，而且现在反对势力算是山穷水尽了，等奇迹般翻盘拿下卡扎菲，最好是出兵以前先谈好条件，不行给反对派头个望远镜看看远方卡扎菲的部队，估计什么合约都肯签了。
