当时交485的时候写过一个notarized affidavit, 但是还是收到RFE,说是template, 需
要提供更多信息。
Evidence should include:
1) Evidence showing when you ceased paying your dues
2) Evidence showing your party membership terminated when you ceased paying
your dues
这个需要怎么证明呢？需要翻译党章么？刚入党就出国了，有9年没交过党费了，但是
拿什么证明呢？

是”观道“而不是”内观道“：

price drops down below H, will the option resume to exist again?
I thought the definition of up-and-out call meant once the asset price

布延长offer。因为持有JAV，scottrade发email问是否参与这个offer，加入的话就交$
25。 是新手没遇到过这种情况，请教大牛一个问题。
看了JAV网站首页上的两则消息，感觉两者还是挺可能交易成功的。如果赌这个的话，
选择加入这个offer好像是最简单的做法。 问题是如果不加入会怎样呢？看到一句“如
果并购成功, Javelin's shares would cease to be traded on the NYSE Amex”。所
以如果没通过scottrade加入这个交易的话， 手里的JAV股票还能继续买卖，或者卖给
Hospira吗？

答案只有一个，就是除非H-1B已经占用名额，否则是不能转的。但是有一例外，那就是如
果还留在本来的工作单位，只是申请一个Part-time的H-1B，则是可行的。基本上这是法
律的一个漏洞。我们注意看法律的原文是“Any alien who ceases to be employed by
employer…214 (g)(6) 。重点在“ceases ” 这个字眼上。也就是说只要你没有脱离本
来的工作单位。假使找到一个Part-time工作是可以不受名额限止的，如果把本来的工作
变成Part-time，而转成一个full-time的 profit公司是否也可行。从理论上来说我们看
不出有何不可。 |
