种并发症 出现时间在几周到几年不等 因此 这个随访时间的不同会严重影响结论 这是
retrospective study，三组病人还很不balance 第二 三组病人分别只有 20几个。
我考虑以下几种办法：1 propensity score matching，然后用matched data 做
analysis。问题是matching后一大半病人去掉了，对于我们综述这个病不利。
2做 time to event analysis 这样可以部分修正因为follow up 不同造成的bias 问题
是对于太短的那组病人 也无法有准确的estimate 几乎都censor 了
3 设一个cutoff 比如一年 把这个时间点后面的event都当作censored 其实这个和
time to event那个有点像 纠正bias 还不如2 好处是可以用全部病人 并且比较直观好
理解
还有没有别的好办法 这三个方法那个稍微好点，或者是有什么问题 请大家指教 |

1）bbs上因为都是中国人，所以看到最近google透露谈判即将结束时，第一反应是别墨
迹了，要走快走，没人留你。或者说google无耻，继续玩谈判游戏。但可以这么理解：
google并没有改变它的立场，censor搜索结果的话还是退出。让人奇怪的是，谈那么久
都谈什么了？从一开始难道不就是不可调和么？中国政府当然不可能退让，而google
PR做了那么足，也不可能接受中间结果。难道censor还有50%和100%之分？感觉倒像是
在谈退出后怎么继续保留广告或者Android等业务。
2) stock market那天google和bidu都跳了3%左右（一负一正）。这也很奇怪。难道还
一直抱有幻想？Google应该会很快回到消息前的价位，bidu倒是有可能开始长期上涨了。
3) 结果是lose-lose。收益的只有百度，对腾讯什么的也算正面。最亏的是那些得付广
告费的公司。老百姓什么的随便换个搜搜或者跳墙无所谓。Google只是家个别公司，它
少赚多赚是它自己的事情。

它说google不遵守中国的法律（什么法律它都没好意思提），我说实际上它是厌恶

另外，你说商场上没有对错之说，那当然就必须承认卖假奶粉也没有对错之说，否则你
