Heads-up 超长。
我很少写报告了，大铁后因为手指伤没能及时写报告，后来手好了，都不记得很多细节
了。
这次我决定为这个三翠写个很详细的报告，主要是想让各位小伙伴能对这个著名的ride
有个直接的了解，为以后的人去骑提供点帮助。文笔很烂又爱跑题，各位将就了！
前言：
事前我十天没骑车，除了度假和啤酒，啥也没干，算是被迫taper了。
事实证明，只要一不怕苦，二不怕“死”，三不怕大胆，人人都能骑三翠。
虽然我骑过三翠，但是最难的只有100mile/6000尺爬升。
星期四和缪哥联系上，周五出去lunch ride,算是见面认识了。很遗憾我临时改时间，
要不缪哥还可以认识大名鼎鼎的老费。周五顶风飙了18迈，很过瘾，大概是taper了十
天的结果，感觉很好，觉得信心爆棚的可以去报名death ride了（晚上回家查资料，发
现6/25还会再re-open registration）。
周六清早临时决定不去大波罗，”含泪饮恨”错过拜见鼠鼠，对不起哈！
因为我很了解自己，从来没有爬过著名的大波罗，以我的个性去了是肯定在junction停

发帖数: 1339 | 2 翠花说，今年就一个愿望呀，想骑一趟skyline drive。一百迈，全是山。一听不错，
热血沸腾，走走走走走。
翠花说，可以一天骑过去，110mi，elev gain 11000ft。再一天骑回来，回来一路下坡
哦，80mi哦，溜着就回来了哦！仔细研究了下地图，发现一路下坡哦，还有3500ft...
再三掂量，爬坡还要背包，这肿么能行。我和翠花一定会苦逼的，挣扎的，疲惫的，熬
过这漫长的一天。然后发现再也没有力气骑回起点，陷入森森的绝望。不不不不不，这
不能够。
于是呼朋号友，精心策划，决定开两辆车，头一天晚上辛苦一点（比一点多一点，100
迈单程开车往返，少说也要两三个小时...），停一辆车在终点的旅馆。这样就可以苦
逼的，挣扎的，疲惫的，熬过这漫长的一天，然后欣欣然，睡个好觉，看个球赛，吃个
country food，幸福的开回去了。
策划是繁复的，愿望是天真的，现实总是与想象相距甚远的。我们一行四人，神情激动
的上路了，第一天晚上，开车布阵，就开到了夜里四点... 纽约离Shenandoah实在太
tmd远了。四点半才倒床即睡，第二天起大早骑century的理想化作泡影。

发帖数: 1339 | 3 本以为最艰苦的就是前五迈，后面都是在山脊上rolling。未曾想elevation chart上随
便一个小小的起伏就是三五百尺的上下，随便一个可见的坑洼更是毫无同情心的一千尺
下坡和爬升。一路我们骑来也慢，到处是风景醉人的outlook platform，总是忍不住的
停车拍照休息闲聊，等骑到山脊的最高点 - 42mi，3680ft - 已是下午四点半，这时候
已经爬了7000ft。
休息的时候隐隐觉得担忧，天黑前怕是很难下山了。偷偷窥视了一下elevation chart
，又一次森森的绝望 － 70mi还有坑爹大坡，90mi还有坑爹大坡，100mi也不放过，还
有一个坑爹大坡。天黑以后下山必然迟疑，说不定就冲下山崖，或是撞上横穿马路的鹿
。上山也是问题，大家已是疲惫不堪，腿上的肌肉分分钟的尖叫呐喊，肿么办啊。
Buddy这个时候好像也很不开心，一直说再也不骑century了，明天就把车卖了，让我十
分桑感。可是桑感和绝望都木有用，想下山还是得接着骑下去。于是啃了块饼干，大家
重又上路，决定减少路上开小差的时间，9mi后到了Big Meadow再休息。从图上看，中

早上领号的时候，隐隐觉得不妙，排队的都是BMI20以下，全套team jersey的大叔小伙
子们，像我这样圆滚滚的大妈，站在队伍里可谓奇葩。然后大家也不聊天啥的，各自闷
头光着身子带心律带，穿bib啥的，让我这个大妈不知道眼睛往哪里放才好。
开始几分钟骑到海边，大家都停下来，原来是等着devil's slide trail开门，这样我
们就不用冒着生命危险穿过一号公路的隧道山洞了。大叔小伙子们都很帅气地岔开腿坐
在top tube，上身趴在handle bar上，低声嗡嗡聊天，我不知道为啥很紧张，问身边一
个大叔说，is this a tough ride。话一出口，我就后悔了，这tm太弱智了。果然大叔
斜眼看看我说，well, it's all about perspective。言下之意就是，我说不难，但是

到我们这边骑civil war century吧。七千多爬升。与你这个相反，一出门就开始爬，
人多鸡血效应高爬得也快点。过了七十迈一马平川，最后一个休息站设在九十迈，可以

申请特殊许可，结果还批了。 高兴坏了！
先讲讲我骑路车的历史，我去年开始骑车，买的是FUJI SL-1 Comp。当时也想买辆Tri
车，但铁哥推荐先上一辆公路车。我觉得是个很好的决定。 当时买车是因为要参加去
年6月份的第一个三项比赛，是Sprint距离。那个比赛前也没怎么练，在家里的trainer
上练过几次。 在路上就只练过一次。出门时因为不熟悉锁鞋，连摔三跤。但那个比赛
还是没出什么问题，15 Mile骑了49分多。
今年又有报同样的比赛，所以从去年冬天开始，经常在楼下边看YouTube的环法录像，
边骑车。 今年的三项赛前，没有出去骑过，比赛成绩还是提高了不少，自行车从49分
降到了45分，提高个四分多钟。 速度也从18 MPH 提到了20MPH.
今年也没怎么想出去骑车的因为有些担心安全问题。 有一天， 我开车经过一个附近的
小区，看到一辆山地车停在路边，写着Free。我看了看觉得就是内胎破了，自己拿回去
换个内胎就行了。车子修好后，出去骑了三迈， 车好沉， 不过很过瘾。我想我应该在

（路不滑时是不需要的）华丽地摔了一跤，胳膊肘和膝盖都挂了彩，还好有住在转弯旁

以前我们分析过，Augusta, GA 只是这个人体基地的一个点，而且我们也追踪到还有一
个点在加州。那么经过更多的分析，显示事实的真相可能是如此。这些地下通道是很久
以前就存在的，是为了战争或避难用的，后来在南北战争中，又充当奴隶逃跑到北方的
