几年前用过qwest 那叫一个慢..
然后换了cox 服务好很多 客服nice的多. 然后偶尔每个月还mail给你$5coupon什么的
最近这个新地址又只可以用century link... suck死了.. 客服就是垃圾
cox和century link 我都是用的20MB.. COX明显要快很多..

出发前做好pre-ride stretch， rest stop 是也要stretch.然后身上带点hammer
endurolytes，可以prevent cramps.
1-3 capsules 30-60 minutes prior to exercise
1-6 capsules each hour during exercise
1-3 capsules after exercise
这个基本上是flat century. 你不会有问题的。如果是第一个century. 之前还是最好
先完成一个metric century. 一是训练耐力，二是让屁屁build 起在车座上坐7~8个小

，可以去km的网站上看看century的一些blank，自己做杆子确实比较麻烦一点，但是一
般来说，正如当年断杆striper老鲨鱼蛋定哥等人说的，一旦开始自己做杆，厂家的杆
子基本就没有入眼的了，我现在也是深有体会。

sling shot严格意义上来说，不在century的产品线内，这是mike他们为了和lamiglas
竞争，和ryan等人一起设计，并由century加工制作的blank，远投竿大多是fast
action，他们这些人追求的都是otg远投或者pendulum远投，这些杆子用好了距离基本
轻松过150米，一般来说200米不是很大问题。
我用过不少century的blank，手头上的现在是fmj, c2，fma，去年秋季的tt smld太硬
，距离可以但是拉鱼费力，所以目前基本只用butt粗细是16mm左右的以上三款，过顶投
掷及拉鱼会省力不少。有时间到梦涛客，一起探讨。 |

发帖数: 5728 | 42 11尺杆子能很好handle 1盎司和1.5盎司lure的，目前最顶级的是Century C2，上个
season在梦涛客，C2扔1.5盎司bucktail加猪皮基本是无敌的。
去年我跟淡定哥在梦涛客南面的乱石滩，那里前面是海沟，靠近的部分是水下乱石林立
，比较浅，类似flat，使用1.5盎司的bucktail加猪皮需要work的比较快，否则容易刮
底或者挂海草海带，而1/2盎司~3/4盎司的bucktail加猪皮就相当的适合，水流不急，
慢和轻的presentation很必要，唯一的问题是，需要距离和适合这么小的lure。
你说的很对，这个11尺长度，capable of distance casting，中段有力，lure weight
范围从1/6盎司~1.5盎司就很难找好杆子，要么太noodle，扔不出距离，要么无法
control鱼。
这款是Century今年的新系列，十月份刚推出，之前我拿到了7尺6那款，北卡那里寄来
的，他们用来钓flat，但太短了，至少对新英格兰地区的浅滩不适用，我需要的是能远

最爱恶心中国的CNN， 最近把皮蛋选为全球最“恶心”的食物之首。CNN说，皮蛋的味
道吓人，外型也怪异，像是魔鬼蛋。
我小时候第一次看切开皮蛋的样子也觉得很恶心。黑的不说，里面的黄还稀着，的确恐
怖。但是看到别人吃得很香，也尝了尝，刚开始还是不习惯，可是渐渐地竟然觉得好吃
了。我在国内是从来自己不买皮蛋吃的。可是到了美国竟然买了几次，觉得挺好吃的。
后来怕蛋里含铅，就很少吃了。
外国人说皮蛋不好吃，恐怕是不知道怎么吃。吃皮蛋一定要沾着醋才好吃。在中国餐馆
里最常见的皮蛋食品就是皮蛋粥了，外国人本来吃不惯粥，更别提皮蛋粥了。
的确一个蛋，就吃自然的样子好了，为啥费那么多功夫把它变得样子恐怖地去吃呢。

更加信仰基督的地方有更多的社会弊病和犯罪。这是格雷戈里。保罗在学术杂志《宗教
与社会》上发表的初步结论，这个杂志是内布拉斯加州一所教会学校的学报。

研究表明，基督教统治的美国南部和中西部地区，社会弊端和犯罪更严重，谋杀，性病
，死亡率更高。这项研究还表明，美国的犯罪率和基督徒比例，比其他发达世界国家都
高得多。
无法回避的现实是，基督教的教条更合适一个病态的社会。宗教狂热分子和极端主义比
毒品危害更大。
理性的人认识到基督教神话的荒谬可怜，而基督徒，尤其是福音派，或原教旨主义者，
不过是一些伪君子，用宗教作为武器来贬低他人。
格雷戈里。保罗的研究首次量化了基督教教义产生的社会效果。不只是基督教，一切狂
热的邪教都可能会有类似的邪恶效果。
当然，天主教会花了几百年压迫陷入贫困和苦难的老百姓。穆斯林有同样的呼吁
：暴力，复仇，排斥和压迫。
理智的人会奇怪宗教神话的诞生。
在美国，宗教=残酷。
