程度都没有明显优势，而且他们说店里面修的和ceramic bearing有关的问题比普通的
bearing要多很多，因此无论是bottom bracket还是wheel，他们都不推荐ceramic

一但想开始认真HPDE（就说track day吧），最先需要升级的是轮胎，刹车，其次是能
够帮助alignment的parts（camber plates，control arms），再次是suspension
parts（coilover, sway bar）。当然，升级是没有上限的，等到这些都无法满足你的
时候，就需要drivetrain upgrade, cooling, racing seat, adjustable aeros,
weight reduction...
转回话题，这些媒体测评出的数据都是基于bone stock。如果你买辆M3，上下班买菜用
，一年可能都不了一天track day，bone stock，go for it。但是那些频度大于一月一
次track的，没有人会什么都不改就上的，不是想装B，是车子会被跑坏的。
既然是这样的话，那么aftermarket option多，parts价格“便宜”的M3就占尽优势了。

+, pad is semi metalic, not ceramic. 又问le一下coworker, 他们说rotor一般不用
换.正巧换电池de时候,发现advanced auto parts有coupon,有一个ceramic pad有$
15rebate, 买下. local mechanic labor $60. DONE! mechanic 也说我deRotor仍然可
以工作,他test drive and brake一下,说只要不vibrate即可.

下，说是右后轮pad已经磨光了，右左轮也快了，然后disc太薄，没法resurface，也要换。
开价一对ceramic pad 100，两个disc 160，加上labor fee 一共320.
觉得挺黑的，当然他们直接从autozone拿parts，两边都要从中抽油水。问自己提供
parts，他们出laror要多少钱，说100-150.
然后回来在Advanced Auto Parts，买了一对ceramic pad，两个disc，加起来一共才50.
其实换个disc加pad应该很简单的，100的labor都应该多了吧？问题是再少了他们也不
甘啊？多问几家店？这个labor多少钱应该算是合理价格？ |

高的膜。后侧两个窗户和后窗用的透光度低的普通膜200刀。两个前窗的ceramic的一直
表现不错。在100多度的高温下能隔离大部分的热。3M的高端膜没用过不好评价。有用
过的朋友评价还是不错的。 |

是最好的ceramic tint至少应该是$400起，不然就是忽悠你的。
切记不要贪便宜去了黑店，那种店第一tint的手工太差，第二材料基本就是垃圾。Go
with real ceramic tint and you will never look back.
下面是我local的一家店，就在BMW dealer旁边，dealer自己都推荐去他们家做。他们
家的tint手工极好，可以做到玻璃边缘完全看不到gap。

各种原理，还会用紫外光给你演示不同膜隔热的不同效果，你会发现差别非常非常明显
，ceramic是最好的，即使是颜色最浅的膜也远比普通tint膜最深颜色的要隔热很多。
最后我选择carbon，颜色浅一些的，这样晚上视线好。ceramic好像要$450-500.
Carbon $400。
另外不要买Groupon，那玩意只能更贵，直接去和老板说能否match groupon的优惠，
老板会给你这个价格的。yelp check-in 有10% off，估计也能用上。 |
